You apparently have no idea what the word "eponymous" means. Eponymous refers to something named after the central character of a classic work of literature. There is no literary character named Water and Solutions.
Get a dictionary. Change the description. "Eponymous" isn't just a word to put in the title to make it sound like you know about music, it actually means something.
@samv419 FINCH??? Don't you DARE even mention those posers in the same fucking breath with this band. I mean, they're not even a true screamo band; Their screamer sounds like a melodic death metal screamer. SERIOUSLY.
"leading track to their eponymous record" is incorrect. Eponymous means the album title is the same (or similar) to the band name. For example, "Weezer : Weezer" where the album and the band name are the same. "Water and Solutions" is not an eponymous album title.
@dreamrealitysyndrome Frank Iero hes a guitar player in the band My Chemical Romance. He metioned on his twitter that this was hid favorite song at the moment. Hes awesome! :3 Have you ever heard about My Chemical Romance?
@dreamrealitysyndrome Hhaha yea i guess that was a stupid question xD Yea Bullets and Black Pararde are AMAZING! You should really check out Three Cheers For sweet revenge and Danger Days. Black Parade is like Three cheers.
played with them in sacto right when this album was released. i was in HS and my friends were so stoked, LOL. the good ol days. used to lpay with Will Haven too. that was awesome
Very very proud to share a home town with these guys and work with some of the folks who worked with them. Also, dreamrealitysyndrome doesn't know what eponymous means and is making himself look like a fool by using it in the wrong context. In fact, I don't think DRS could even give you a definition. I imagine that they've seen the word in album reviews and figure its a good word to throw in to sound smart. Shoot, it's probably working pretty well because I doubt his friends have any idea...
@seandangermartin Hey, thanks for the friendly encouragement. I'm sure the members of Far would be so proud to share the same hometown as you. Especially when someone else had already corrected me for misuse of the term, which led you to puke out your word vomit that exemplified your amazing intelligence and obvious contribution to their legacy, thus cementing your close relation to this amazing band. Job well done, mate. Job well done
You're gonna find it tough to win this argument given that he is correct. Never mind, you managed to arrange the other words you don't understand into cohesive sentences.
one of my all time favorite bands. I remember playing a show with Jonah in 2000 at some girls house. We played our set in her living room. Jonah ate a bowl of cereal as we played. lol . It was a surreal experience for me since i was only 19 at the time.
Great song. But just fyi, it's not from an eponymous record; eponymous essentially means "self-titled," like Weezer's albums "Weezer" or Metallica's "Metallica".
This is horrible and finch was way more talented than this shitty band!
