  • I really need to get into meditating. After watching My Reincarnation I feel like it's necessary that I get into Buddhism. I need to find more peace. bitly .com/t3FuWB

  • thumbs up if happle tea sent you here

  • 'Mummification' via environmental desiccation. No different from what climbers who die on a mountain look like when eventually found.

  • Am I the only one who's not particularly impressed?

  • Jesus learned from monks. thats why his teachings and buddah's teachings are so similar with minor differences.

  • @free00to00ryhme Both Jesus and Buddha both reached enlightment... The highest state of Consciousness that a human can achieve ritght now... It is very beautiful and very awesome... Read the book Power vs. Force by David Hawkins. It is a very powerful book I think you will like and I think you will find it awesome.. :)

    God Bless..

  • @dalesalsa thanks for the tip!

  • @free00to00ryhme Your welcome. I think you will really enjoy it. :)

  • @free00to00ryhme kind of looks like you're talking negatively about jesus. seems more to me like they reached the same concept in their own ways, more of a "great minds think alike" type of thing. growing up with the right mindset, taught by good people in a good place, to do good and all that comes with it should come naturally come to a person.

  • @Vinco if negativity is truth, then i guess ignorance is bliss. truth is truth and i try my best to speak nothing but the truth no matter how good or bad it may seem or feel unto the other people. i just try to put a cherry on top to make it more edible. no negativity, just simply truth.plus, in the asian mountains were found scripts and documents of jesus's name "Yahushua" and all the years of his life that are missing from the bible are in these scripts

  • @Vinco and those scripts talked about how much of a gifted person he was, how he acted, how he learned and from who he learned. however, they were kept secret as it would destroy the modern day organized phoney religion. the "holy" bible is a mixture of truth and lies to give power to certain satans, that gives them the ability to rule our lives as their slaves. ever wonder why it says submit to the government and to not resist evil? jesus didnt die for our sins, he died because

  • @free00to00ryhme dude, chill. i'm pretty sure we're on the same side. i was just trying to say jesus was probably a pretty darn good guy who's death was very overhyped. and i understand that they've probably edited the bible past some degree of recognition, but the notion of just being a good person(and from what i recall, jesus's teachings were largely unedited) is what i though as his common denominator with buddha. heck, they'd probably be good friends. i think there's even a manga about it.

  • @Vinco certain power hungry men, i.e pharaohs, and religious leader with governmental powers, wanted to keep their thrones and position of power. because when the people saw how great of a man Yahushua was, how gifted he was, how much in touch with the universe he was, they wanted him to be king. so they killed him and pimped his life to make profit and slaves. But before you claim me as blasphemy, study history and the catholic church both historically and recent announcements.

  • @free00to00ryhme okay, cool. i'm not gonna be calling you out as a blasphemer. if you want to convince someone that your perspective is well-founded, true or not, this is the wrong way to do it. now stop overreacting by way of flooding me with information.

  • Can somebody please tell me the name of this documentary?

  • If you are lazy and just sit around , obviously your metapolism slows down. But someone has to produce your food. Silly investigation.

  • @ruzickaw it slows down over time, not within the seconds. fool. meditation is real, i can feel it flow through my body when i meditate. and even before i know the chakra lines, i felt it in those exact areas. the only silly investigation is an investigation that answers nothing. this answers and proves every. enjoy your pebble sized consciousness. ima try to expand mine.

  • Hmmm, they make cold wet sheets steam, how come they never show us it actually happening? It seems hard to believe that he would be lying or over exagerating but there are many strange people in the world. Until someone shows us concrete facts and we see it actually happening im going to assume this is all BS. This is what happens when there's nothing to do, you sit down get bored and find new ways of doing nothing. It has a mental effect but definitely nothing supernatural.

  • @PlaneAU How is that supernatural in the least? Your brain is the control center for your body, and it regulates your body temperature, skin temperature, etc. What they are doing is controlling their skin temperature via the conscious portion of their mind, something which is widely regarded as impossible or highly improbable.

  • @PlaneAU supernatural to what contrast? if the blinders are taken off of assuming knowledge and just experience the miracle of breath one would realize the infinite self which is eternally shifting

  • @PlaneAU I've actually seen it a documentary when I was 10 or 11. I've actually been trying to finding again and it's what brought me here, obviously it not what I was looking for but they can do it.

  • @Mrwilwak Only few monks are working (Zen) Other are not allowed to work with their hands. So they have to hire non-monks to do the dirty work on the fields and load bad karma on them when they kill some worms. Very compassionate.

  • @fuckmania07 lol! haha trolling the internet much? "fuckmania" haha lol

  • OK, meditate but what does it get you? Nothing! It doesn't pay your bills. You can't eat it. All you do is make funny yodeling sounds while depriving yourself of a life.

  • @dickmartn i dont think you understand what a true life needs.

  • @dickmartn I disagree. Meditation has amazing benefits for your health physically and mentally, along with spiritual benefits. Working out trains and strengthens the body, meditation does the same thing for the mind and even the soul if you believe in that. Personally I control serious anger and emotional issues through meditation that used to rule and destroy my life. You can do it for as long as you want. Most people spend their lives watching TV and games... now that is not "living".

  • @dickmartn you do not know what meditation is . you wont accumulate bills in the first place.....and what you call life is only external living. you are living as the society dictates...... when you meditate you live for yourself..... you dictate your own terms....not as per the society or for the society. get it clear......

  • @OHigherThanStarsO You are so fucking stupid

  • So, just how much of our potential are we using at the moment is the question we should ask ourselves. We are more unique than we realise and our mind has unlimited possibilities.

  • mummy of spitty valley - i own it.

  • @sabbas110 haha the first time i read "titty valley" then i did some research and found its spelled "spiti". good day

  • all these feats are not the goal of buddhist meditation. Not even preserving the body.

And if it is cold, there are heaters. But it seems these monks have nothing else to do

    than to dry sheets.

  • @ruzickaw the yoga of inner heat produces a profound inner state.... the heat is a side effect, but is of the most interest to western researchers because it can be measured

  • @ChristPuncher1373 Yes, that is all western researchers are interested in: what they can measure.

But can they measure the degree of consciousness? I met Tibetan monks who waste their lives to master these tricks, but are not very intelligent. They are just mental acrobats.

  • @ruzickaw maybe they just didn't speak english very well... and intellegence is a difficult thing to measure! if these monks have achieved a stable state of bliss and compassion, but are bad at algebra, does that make them stupid? if you give meditation a try and put serious effort into it, you will see that it is far from a waste of time! it is nothing short of the key to greater understanding of yourself, your mind and reality itself! And it is very scientific, no faith is required

  • @ChristPuncher1373 I am a meditation teacher, therefore i know all these states. They are not better than a glass of whisky. That is bliss. These monks are unable to work for their livelyhood. They depend on others. So they ahve a lot of time to "play" these mindgames. Besides their rotten old scriptures they know nothing.

  • @ruzickaw you don't sound like a meditation teacher to me! what kind of meditation do you teach? how long have you been meditating? do you tell your students that meditation is no better than a slight alcohol buzz??!! also, these monks work solely for the benefit of others! if not for advanced masters like them, i would never have had a chance to explore my mind using technques that have been developed and refined for centuries

  • @ChristPuncher1373 Because i have practiced it , i know these are just mind traps. So, what am I teaching?

Total freedom. Most of these monks are just surviving, they cannot work for the benefit of others. Most of them cannot teach. And those who teach, make a good living out of it, but have really nothing important to say.

  • @ruzickaw seems to me like you really have nothing important to say! you talk in circles, and you're wasting my time.. and you have a huge ego to compare yourself with those how have true inner realizations.... end of conversation

  • @ruzickaw Ya, but arent we all slaves to money and society anyway? what kind of life is that? these monks are exploring their minds, which is much more complex than society itself.

  • @DesertSmeagle But these monks depend on society for foof, travel expenses, clothes, shelter.

Othere should work, so they can "explore their minds". Excelent!

  • i remember the first time i had a deep meditation experience i shortened my breath and stopped breathing for a long time.

  • Well say Christianity or Islam IS true, then everyone really would be going to hell. Its kind of like being able to save someone from being hit by a bus, and not doing it. Too many religious people get a sense of superiority from their belief that they aren't going to hell and everyone else is, and that is dead wrong. In every religion there are SO many people who don't get their own religion, and in the process give the religion a bad name.

  • This is just the surface og what they know. They are wise to not show the full abilities to avoid persecution.

  • The most important detail in the history of mankind, the one bit of knowledge that can bring about world peace is. . . . see how that feels. Now post the rest of the episode!

  • um.... no?

  • this is so awesome!

  • how can they meditate with that mask and stuff on his face and body

  • You can't think, beyond your capacity of mental health,

neither you know the language of decency.

  • Don't tell people meditation can slow down your metabolism....

  • Monks has incredible mind control, they can do incredible things,

but they are taught never to demonstrate that power, otherwise that

    power;s punishment be beyond life.

  • @gdsingh999 That's stupid why can't they demonstrate it, What's the fucking purpose of keeping it too themselves humanity needs fucking help

  • @Hailwillisthedon the rest of humanity would be to lazy to even try this

  • lol what a stupid question.. 'did he dry himself to death' umm.. no.

  • whats the episode?

  • In Soviet Russia, we use bear to heat ourselves... lol.

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • that is amazing i am christian but i will definatly use this to heal myself and when i get cold i really want to see the rest of this episode please upload more please

  • @jskataboy get proper instructions from a proper master of this technique. or else you might not experience anything, or you might actually hurt yourself.

  • that is amazing i am christian but i will definatly use this to heal myself and when i get cold

  • some yogis busrt into flames because of this meditation

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • absolutely amazing!

  • put a Q between the words you and tube and then press enter or click go" When you are finished, check your email!

  • I do yoga and other stuff. What people mean by nothing to live for is. That your doing the same thing day in day out. Working every day, for what? What is their to show at the end of the day were by going off and doing something that could really make the chance of getting to buddhahood in your next life

  • I would like to know, what way to go about becoming a Buddhist Monk in Nepal or evening Sri Lankia, I am from the Europe and their is no information about this topic.

I have nothing here to live for, My Life is Ruling me, I want to be able to Rule my life.

  • @foleybarbarian , To regain control of your life, meditation is a good answer. It is irrelevant where your body is, that's one of the greatest things about meditation. You can be in your room in Europe or in a cave in the Himalayas, either way the journey and the goal is outside of your physical body :)

  • u want to study theravada or mahayana budhism ? im not an expert but there are differences, but its always gud to get advice from the real buddhist monks

  • @vanmaarwijk Try books by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso... he clearly explains the sutra, mahayana and tantric paths in great detail... i have had much success in meditation because of his books!

  • Buddha teaches investigation. Learn about the Dhamma under a teacher first

  • @foleybarbarian,

Be careful about Sri Lanka. I am from there. There are some real monks there. Most of them are thugs who wear the robes for financial and political power.

    I recommend Nepal.

  • The diff between Moksha & Heaven is simple - you Earn your way to Moksha, whereas getting to heaven is cheap - all a Pedophile or a Terrorist has to do is to grovel & beg like a dog. Yeah, he gets to enjoy heaven while his living victims deal with the pain he caused. "god"'s mercy is for the dead pedophile, not for the innocent living. But with Karma & Rebirth, that will not happen, a pedophile will have to come back & make amends.

  • @ramaraksha01 Definitely not how it works

  • Things like Emptiness and Selflessness are hard to understand and even if one understands it, it could take one to misconception in real practices. But, the most precious message of Buddha is "Your life is shaped by your mind; what you are is what you think". This means mind is the most important factor to eliminate any sufferings.

  • @rinzindorjee dude, its so freakin hard to meditate on positive universal energy in such a negative, hate filled world. any suggestions if u got any? or anyone for that fact? because i obviously have no access to a monk lol

  • Buddha said it doesn't matter if God exists or not, the human condition is still the same. Life is suffering; The first noble truth. Buddhists are just trying to alleviate suffering, some through meditation some through other practices.

  • the buddha did not say god did not exist the buddha contemplated not revealing what he learned fearning people would distort his teaching he said god(brahma) told him to teach anyway

  • @CharleeMary The Buddha lived at a time when life was hard - imagine dealing with an ailment with no medicine or undergoing an operation without anasthetic. Law & order was non-existent, few protections for the common man. Life is suffering if we make it so, it doesn't have to be - it is upto us to make this world a heaven or a hell. Meditation helps the individual - innovation, hard work , consumerism will help the society at large.

  • This is amazing. It shows how powerful meditation can really be. I wish that this stuff could be taught in school. This is something more useful than studying social studies or chemistry.

  • mayurasana

It can; the problem is that no modern empirical study has really been performed, and English translations of Sanskrit, Pali, Chinese, and Tibetan are only vague interpretations of what those words really mean to their native speakers. A good example from English is the train; a simple concept to express here, yet in Chinese represented by the characters for 'fire' and 'wagon'. While in a general way that is correct enough, it does not fully convey the distinct character of the train.

  • @MikhailBakunin actually, there are many valuable and authentic commentaries on tibetan manuscripts available! try books by geshe kelsang gyatso... they are very clear and excellently explain buddhist teachings... and there are also books that have been written together by tibetan lamas and scientists from various fields... modern science is embracing buddhist wisdom more and more! teachers are hard to find, but you can learn the entire path from sutra to tantra through reading and research

  • Superior meditation is Superior

  • Why the hell would you only post 5 minutes of this, wheres the rest of it, at least tell us the name of the episode!!

  • @logician3 yes, these technincs are all very usefull for modern man.

You just sit in your office and meditate, so you dont need much oxigene.

Then practice tumo the whole day long and let other people work for you.

In winter you can turn down your heater.

When you are fad up with life, just dry yourself up as a mummy. Very practical.

  • @logician3

    My sentiments exactly!!!!

I would be interested in seeing the whole program as well.

    5 minutes is worthless.

  • A clip from a program on the History Channel. Shows Bensonss scientific measurements of the inner fire method taught in a text called _rdzogs pa chen po sku gsum rang shar las thun mong gtummo'i nyams len ye shes me dpung bzhugs so_

  • All religons are one and the same if you dont think so then just read the other holy books all it is is the same story in diferent words

  • well buddhism is very different. they don't believe in a god, there is no outlineing of good and evil depend on the society, and many more.

  • buddhism is completely different as there is no god, they strive for being as one with everything, as buddah did, he is not a god as many people think he is just believed to be the first one that got to 'being at one with everythin' first

  • @2007niko2007

buddhism is not atheism. one of my many religious practices is buddhism and i believe god is inside me. eastern philosophy is noted for believing god is within all of us and nature, but this is heresy in western religion. christians believe the creator is separate from the creation. easterners may not call it 'god,' they could call it the tao, brahman, emptiness (which has basically the opposite meaning as it has in the west), or many other names.

  • did i say buddhism is atheism? i stated there is no GOD in buddhism, you cant argues facts. they do not worship anyone, they meditate.

its the only belief that makes sense to me, other religeons (if buddhism is a religeon) cause wars, are corrupted and have done no good to the world, like the crusades, holocaust, the pope telling africans not to use condoms, the qaran (if its true) tells to slay everyone who is not muslim.. im no anti christ i have religeous friends and a jewish girl friend 1/2

  • and i know some people need to belive in something but religeon is not my thing and i will never be religeous and im not going to make the local vicor richer so he can buy another porsche =) 2/2

  • @2007niko2007

    you didn't read my post.

either that or you didn't understand it.

some buddhists don't believe in god, and it doesn't conflict with their beliefs/practices, but many many buddhists do.

  • well talk normal then ;), but im saying IN BUDDHISM THERE IS NO GOD. im not saying anything else.

  • @2007niko2007

that's a ridiculous generalization and proves you have no concept of the Buddhist word Emptiness.

if you meditate I feel like I have to tell you that self-centering practices cultivate God inside you.

  • shut up i feel like im talking to an idiot, not buddhists, i said BUDDHISM THE BELIEF ITSELF has no god.

  • @2007niko2007

you're right, but the way you're saying it is cheap and misleading. buddhism isn't centered around deity worship, but it has many concepts that are comparable to the notion of god and doesn't deny its existence. i misunderstood you as saying that believing in buddhism discounted the possibility that god exists.

the enlightened individual is the inner god. it's a practice that has its roots deeply embedded in the experiential notion of divinity as it exists everywhere.

  • @rick4318 Then this is your Buddhism. Your enlightment/awareness belongs to your and arises from your practice and experience. Just as your world arises with your birth and is reborn in every moment. It will pass away at your death. So will mine. Namaste.

  • Their god is a metaphor at best, an abstract concept, which is a very good thing. As the god of theistic beliefs is something that can never be proven and is obviously comparable to something out of fairy tales.

  • one good thing about budhism is not abusing other religions. like the muslims christians do. if you dont believe what we believe in , ur going to hell , eternal fire blah blah blah - you infidels.

    thank god for budhism

  • @killintymm If that's all you got out of this video, then, you shouldn't

waste your time. You are worse than an infidel, you are an idiot!

  • @fntime worse than an infidel implies you are one of them muslims bastards, lol.

  • @killintymm You sound like an enlightened man,

an enlightened homo, dancing in the street

nude, high steeping like a 'mechanical fag'!

I don't care that you are a inept dancer,

I don't care that you are gay, or muslim,

or cross dressing shmuck, rather, I hate

you, because you are a bore, and your

comment, is as stupid as you!

"Now go home and get your fuckin'

    shine box!

  • @fntime i can see the hatred transformed into illogical arbitrary abuses. you do have a problem. more so because someone has fooled you into thinking you are very intelligent to make these comments. if you have anything logical we can discuss, or keep lying to yourself. stop being lame.

  • @killintymm There is a kind of hell but if you really research the basic philosophies they are more metaphorical then many other religions. If any, they are very mind/trippy, like yogacara's doctrine of consciousness only.

  • @killintymm lol @ "thank god for buddhism" AHAHAHAHA

  • @killintymm True that. But it doesn't mean that we don't remember the injustices suffered upon us at the hands of others, specifically Islam's eastern expansions and today, Communism. We just process it differently.

  • @killintymm lol you said thank GOD for Budhism xD

  • @killintymm that may not be entirely true. In Thailand they have visual areas setup what looks like buddhist hell for sinners.. it may have been adopted by other religions because the buddha's teachings didn't instruct this.

  • @killintymm Well I am muslim.. and I dont try to get people to be muslim I respect evreyone. and Im learning about buddhism as wel.. So yes, it is possible and I think u need to open ur mind and not blame or judge other religions.

  • @Yamarukun thats awesome. im very proud of you. i thankyou for your advice.i have an open mind and i will try to be more open, but i was just stating the facts, that is all. peace.

  • @Yamarukun Thank you ! But I also think that Buddhism has his ways.

You do have hells.. Actually many more then I know off.. And they try to be free from Samsara or the cyle of birth and death so only when they have reach enlightment then they dont have to be reborn again. This is as far I know.. about CHINESE buddhism I don't know the rest.

    Namaste:)

  • @killintymm christians abuse muslims just as much, ever heard of crusades?

  • @killintymm irony............

  • @killintymm "thank god for budhism" - wat. Also, you seem confused. Look up the word 'fallacy' and 'generalization from the particular'. There are good and bad people of all sorts; Christian, Muslim, and Buddhist alike. Surely a 'good' Christian or Muslim (or even Buddhist) would not condemn as you suggest, as the moment they do so, they can no longer be considered 'good'. If you have had a bad experience (as I might guess you have had), is that really a basis on which to judge a whole religion?

  • @Nexxion ofcourse there are good people everywhere - i agree. But the basis of the abrahamic religions , you will agree , is to suggest that their way if the only way to live and only way to escape the hell fire and go to heaven. The sacred texts are shoved down your throats from a young age with emphasis of it being the only truth and no doubt should even be raised. Will a muslim or a christian priest or scholar ever tell you that you will go to heaven if you do not accept their prophet/god??

  • @killintymm I agree there are numerous occasions where religion is brought onto children at a very young age, and even that it is encouraged by those religions. You have to acknowledge though that if you sincerely believe that God is the only way to get to Heaven, that you would encourage your children to also believe in God. You are simply begging the question (another fallacy). Most religious leaders I've come across (Christian or Muslim) encourage you to challenge them and ask questions.

  • @Nexxion Its not so much about belief in god, its more about saying everyone else is deluded and on their way to hell except us and thats a shame. Well, you can see famous religious leaders all over television saying the same thing. Not many answer questions sincerely or logically but lay down the ultimatums. Some muslim leaders openly preach killing jews and death to america and establishment of islam all over the world and there is no negative reaction by other muslim scholars against it.

  • @killintymm Haha, you have just said "thank god for buddhism." Well my friend, god has not done anything with buddhism, as a simple man from India created a philosophy which brings peace to all, not fear or worries such as hell.

  • @killintymm Oh my gosh i think the same thing! Your such a genius thank you i love you :D

  • @killintymm Actually forced conversion is strictly forbidden by the Qur'an.

  • @killintymm Only semitic religions share the doctrine that infidels go to hell.

  • @killintymm That is not true for Christianity. Do your research before you say something ignorant. The only way you go to hell is if you KNOW Jesus is the TRUTH and you STILL deny him. If you are of another religion and DO NOT worship Jesus or if you have NEVER HEARD of him, (ie: you were born on some remote island and know nothing of Christianity) then obviously you do not know that Jesus is THE TRUTH. If you fall under either of these two categories, you may still be able to go to heaven.

  • amazing

  • does anybody know where i can watch the whole thing?

  • Hey I want to find the rest of the documentary as well. Have you found it?? Kind regards Nick

  • no i havent sorry

  • Ok thanks for you quick answer.... Wondered if you have found anything else like this that is really interesting. Not the usual unclear short stuff out there.... hit me back. Maby we can share what we know! :-)

  • not really but ur welcome

  • It is called "The Mystery of the Tibetan Mummy". I saw it - they show it on the rare occasion. It is so wonderful. This mummy was a man who commited and dedicated his own death by sitting above his village and meditating into death itself, for the express purpose of bringing blessings upon man. This intense meditative state explains his well-preserved mummified body.

  • i saw the heating monks thing on national geographic once. anyway when they say they think the monk dried himself up into a mummy. i thought that stupid. why would he possibly want to do that. i would have imagined he was trapped/locked away and thus began to meditate and reduce his metabolism and keep himself warm. they could have at least made something up.

  • sleepy.

    nap. now.

  • Gtum mo is a type of yoga. It makes use of the subtle energy-channels or nadis (rtsa in Tibetan) as well as the bodily-energies or vayus (rlung). It closely resembles some approaches to kundalini-yoga but has a different philosophical under-pinning. A side-effect of gtum mo training is a rises in peripheral body temperature so it is often called the yoga of inner heat. It is often an integral part of the higher tantra methods in Tibet.

  • Buddhism is not a religion, it only teaches people how to live there life, so that you can become an enlightened being like buddha, jesus christ, muhammed and so on. All religions speak the same truth. meditation opens your mind to show you the truth. the world would be a great place if we all meditated and it is so easy, look up DMT. what is the "MAN" holding back from us

  • true buddhism is not a religion, it is a way of life. buddha himself told people not to worship him but rather follow the same path of unattachment.

  • buddha said that metaphysics were not something to worry about. he did not say anything against religion. it is a religion, just because theres no jesus doesnt mean its not a religion. he said dont worry abouat god because no one has had first hand experience, but you are stupid because theravadin and tibetan buddhism center themselves around metaphysical beings such as angels and demons AND GODS ugh stupid ignorant people

  • Why do you fight on words, define religion if you want it. Buddhism is not a religion, because anybody can follow it, buddhist monks tried to make it a religion, but enlightenment is not exclusive to buddhism, there is no god because everything is divine, vajrayana for instance makes you assimilate yourself as one of the deities

  • This is true. You have a good point. Calling a 'way of life' a religion would be like calling vegetarianism a religion, but Buddhism *is* spiritual. Religion does not necessarily need revolve around worshiping idols.

  • where can i find the full documentary?

  • Hm, I liked what was written in "Way of the Peaceful Warrior". That an act of compassion or kindness is on par with being able to levitate or dry sheets on your own back.

  • Don't give him a bad reputation by repeated spamming for him though.

  • This all rubbish! Everyone knows the only way to good health is by popping pills lining the pockets of Pharmaceutical companies and the health authorities...

  • that's a joke right

  • yes.

  • Actually only magical acupuncture can heal you. It's all the rage amongst new age fruit loops so it must be good.

  • Hey, wait... You didn't tell us to laugh... So... you must be serious right?

  • nice

  • interesting

  • Anybody has the 'torrent' information about this video?

  • I saw this video on TV few yeras ago. Anybody know the channel and programme name?

  • History channel....

  • Thanks buddy!!! Please also tell me the exact program name OR the torrent name so I can download the full video.

  • Mummyyyyy

  • You don't have to be a buddhist or of any religion to perform any of these meditations.

  • Yes very true

  • Yes very true

  • Yes very true

  • >You don't have to be a buddhist or of any

    >religion to perform any of these meditations.

That simply is *not* true at all. Name one non-religous source from which you can learn gtum-mo (inner-heat meditation). I'll be waiting...

  • he said perform, not teach.

  • >he said perform, not teach.

And I said learn, not teach. You can't perform gtum mo without first *learning* gtum mo.

  • >You can't perform gtum mo without first *learning* gtum mo.

no shit sherlock, but you dont have to be "buddhist or any religion" to learn AND perform it, like he said. then you said this is wrong, that there are no non-religious sources to "learn it *from*" (aka someone who teaches it). your response doesnt match his statement at all.....

unless your assuming that you cant learn from someone unless youre the same religion as them, which doesnt make sense either...
