@AmberTheRipper I hated that part too. The way to get past him is to shoot the targets which are right by the areas that he can pop up in the water. After you get his attention with that and he moves closer to it, you grapple onto the lever and pull it down which makes a cage fall on the snake, and takes some of his life. Do that with all four and he will be knocked on conscious. Then you can walk over him and onto the ledge.

This is the game that officially changed Tomb Raider history not into a terrible thing, but a new thing which I don't really like as the old Tomb Raiders were a hell of a lot better Core made them perfectly Crystal Dynamics are brilliant with graphics but not good with the whole solving puzzle aspects more with the shooty shooty games.
