  • "Potatoes are very strange animals." LOL

  • "If the potatoes are still wet you'll start a fat fire like people were boiled in oil!" That's just what a novice chef needs to hear.

  • 17:55 !!!!!!! hahahhahaha

  • You can get terrible fat fires like when they used to burn people in oil! That's just what happens if you aren't careful. 15:13

  • LOL! The handle came off of her fryer basket. LOL!

  • @CelesteK She's so awkward. hahaha

  • all right now, you heard the lady - all the kooks and nuts out of the kitchen! :D

  • i love how she just casually mentions how they used to boil people in oil. @_@

  • Kinda ironic since french fries didn't originate in France. They were first made in Belgium but were eventually popularized in American cook books, restaurants, fast food chains - you would seldom see a recipe in an authentic French cook book for french fries

  • You can heat the first frying at 250 or 285 take them out & heat the same oil to 400... it heats quickly & they still puff...

  • LOL! the potato cutter..that would happen to me.

  • great tips!
