The backgrounds are wrong, the sounds you've chosen are simply bad for the octave it's written in, and the melody (shame on you!) are actually wrong some times... If you would look around on others "Mario paint composer files" you would see that there are soooo many better, more worked through files. Before you post it out on the net, fix it.
