Let's be honest, though, most of us like to think of ourselves as a ruthlessly successful alpha male/female (whilst being a compassionate colleague and good team player, of course). The difference is that, unlike Dwight in this scene, we tell the interviewer how we're lovely, warm, networking people who like people and admire Ghandi, Martin Luther King etc. There's probably a parallel Earth where people walk into job interviews and bellow 'I RULE!' at the top of their voice.
