BTW this is amazing graphics for the Wii, coupled with super-immersive gameplay thus is far better than ANY other fps or tps games I've played. (Halo, God of War, CoD, Resistance, Gears of War, Assassins Creed, Star Wars, Resident Evil, Left 4 Dead, Bioshock etc. I've played enough have a well rounded experience of first and third person shooters on all systems)

Nintendo were able to make MORE money by putting less emphasis on graphics. It's also cheaper for game developers to make games for Wii.

@killermanmania Dude... They cant. The wii has like 64mb of ram and a 700mhz processor. The 360 has 512mb of ram and a 3.3 tri core processor. Not to mention video cards. The wii' isnt that strong compared to the 360. So no the wii will never have graphics like the 360.

If you want a shooter with similar yet better graphics and gameplay, go for Borderlands. If you want a first person brawler with better gameplay and surrealistic graphics, go for Zeno Clash.

I don't get why anyone would want this besides for the novelty of playing it on Wii.

This game looks pretty good. The first red steel was decent I just hope it has the multiplayer feature. A few things though that I can appreciate. No blood makes the game more story line focused than just tearing apart limbs, ( unless that's what ur into) and the graphics are cartoon like on purpose. The game is suppose to have a comic book feel to it.

I don't really mind the lack of blood, but actions like impaling your enemy with your sword do look extremely stupid without it. If you would only knock him back I'd understand. I mean, things like 0:21 and 0:41 feel as if you're playing a kid's game.

my only complaint is that the demos show a lack of depth in how the game is played. seems very straight forward, literally just hack -slash and gun. Despite this truth... I still plan on getting it... but this makes me a bit less quick to just go pick it up opening week.

btw: people want blood because it makes your hits feel more real and damaging... although i'm not a gore fan.. I think a little would do it some justice.

w/o it it seems a bit arcade-like. I hope they change that.

i have red steel 1, and i wasnt impressed, but saying that im not much of a Wii fan, my dad quite enjoyed it. After seeing the motorcycle torture footage i was impressed to see an improvement in graphics and physics, although after seeing this one, i am now turned off by the sequel as i was to the original.
