I doubt that is the case as she has already had one son. I think it is because she is older now. The risk of the baby being Down's Syndrome is much higher in your 40s.

Downs syndrome tends to happen due to mutation, and NOT AGING! A womans body specificly biologically based to have children! My mother has my baby brother at 39. and thats nearly 40!
