I am a huge fan of this song, caught it for free from itunes a when it came out.... and i became an admirer of Jean for it could have been me or you. I had no idea the two were connected, just makes me sadder to hear this song now.

its about 9/7 bombings in london and directly in tribute of the innocent man who was gunned down by police after they wrongly supected him of being a terrorist bomber, he was chased, caught and shot in the head. He was an innocent man going about his buisness. If a group of men approached u in an intimidating manner without declaring who they were and what they wanted, i think i'd run too. "It could be you tomorrow next year".
