Question 3: what is the statute of limitations on a collection account?

Thanks for posting, still being harrassed for a debt that I do not owe, was paid 18 years ago, watched this video and sent a scathing letter to collection agency inviting them to take me to court, knowing i have proof that the alleged delinquent debt was paid and informing them i would take legal action if they continue to pursue this so called delinquent debt. Thanks again, we need more people like you to inform us of our rights.
