Actually, I am a righty, but for some reason the camera on my laptop (which I took this with) shot the video in mirror-image. It is a pretty symmetrical instrument though, I can't imagine you would have any issues stringing it for a lefty. It is probably better than a guitar in that regard.
I noticed you're playing lefty. I recently picked up one of these and was wondering if you bought a lefty or just restrung a righty? I can't quite tell from the vid. and if so did it give you any problems with tone or tune. I'm also a lefty but I don't know much about the mechanics of banjosso much as guitars. Good vid tho. I think dueling banjos homeage is mandatory for owning one of these:?)

Why do people insist on calling these banjos? it is a guitar in stringing and playing it merely has a banjo sound board. if you can play a guitar you can play this. It is like saying that a mandolin banjo is a banjo or a ukulele banjo is a banjo. Does this mean that an f hole jazz gutar is a chello?
