look...why don't you just go shove some brat's down your dry german throat. when your done I've got some organizing and alphabetizing for you. you filthy sausage peddling german
No, they are not musical Nazis. Ralf certainly acts like an ultra-capitalist at times. Check out Flür's book - he and Bartos were in many ways the band's wage slaves with benefits (fame, groupies, etc.), and Ralf and Florian cheated Conny Plank out of his producer's royalties on Autobahn. And of course R&F tried to sue Flür over his book. Florian has now left, with Ralf carrying on with his employees. Rigid capitalist? Yes. Nazi? No way. They spoofed the stereotype, but that's about all.
no, what are you speaking of, nazi? what education has dick for speed and built for knock. take a proper lesson my dear, microwave your franks before you combine em with beans...
Could anybody tell me what cd I have? I got a kraftwerk cd, and it was called "minimum-maximum" but, unlike the cover art on the ones on the net, it has the memebers of kraftwerk with green suits on.
lol i was only born in like 1993, but my dad bought the album the man machine in about 1980, and we still have it today, works like a charm, lol awesome songs
Kraftwerk music is as fresh and relevant today as it was all those years ago. No one has come close to emulating their unique sound - long may they continue ! (And they are still very good looking guys !)
I wish I had the full version of this interview. Kraftwerk are the only electronic band who have stuck to their style. They were way ahead of their time. To the point where they were getting live sets at raves in the 90's. Their music will never age. Its futuristic, but also retro, for everyone who loves that pure analogue electronic sound. There will never be another Kraftwerk.
I totally agree....Afrika Bambatta stole Kraftwerk's style and came up with "Planet Rock" ..which introduced old school hip hop producers to the drum machine.
KRAFTWERK were WAY ahead of their time...all of us producers owe everything thing to these german pioneers.
...analog sound was so fat and loud that amps that could handle guitars blew ...

I like Wolfgang, though Ralf and Karl are my favorites. The German accent is definitly the best!
Thus the main reason why I can't stop listening to their song 'The Model', or 'Das Modell', either way it sounds good. I love it! ;)
