@kawaiientertainment Kanon has more personality, but it doesn't necessarily mean it'll appeal to everybody. For example, I really didn't like Kanon at first. I found her personality to be really annoying, despite it being her selling point. Of course, I like her a lot more than I did when she first debuted, but not everybody will see a certain member in the same perspective as you do. But to answer your question, Riho has more fans because she gets more exposure and promotion by UFA.

Tsunku was probably really impressed with that, along with her dancing skills. But that's just my thoughts on it. I love all the members and it'd be really nice if Tsunku could give the other members lines, too. (Although Mizuki's two solo lines in Pyoco Pyoco Ultra is definitely an improvement!)

They should give Sayumi a song where she can improve like Shabondama. And Kanon and Eri-pon need a song also. Also Mizuki. It's not really fair how Riho, Reina get so much lines because of their popularity. I mean yes both are good singers but will the others improve on just chorus lines?

If you pay more attention, you'll see that there're people who said her face is more plain and normal (well i disagree with this but...oh well) than the others.
