@princerockspants1 Randy's not a punk and plus john cena is a poster boy so of course they're going to let him keep the title for longer, yes cena is good and talented but to tell you the truth it couldn't even last for two years, people would get sick of him holding the title for to long and some would probably stop watching Raw then.
