  • I've run out of me lucky charms!

  • so which Marvel movies do you consider are worth watching?

  • @DARTHPIZZAROLL I like Iron Man, Some of the Xmen movies, Blade was fun, I thought the latest Captain America was pretty good and that's about all I can think of at the top of my head at least all the ones I've seen anyway. I know alot of people love the first two Spider Man movies, I personally think all 3 of them are stupid and a big waste of time. I don't know what they're doing with the newest Spider Man film and I frankly don't care, I'm not really a fan of Spider Man

  • 3:07 Dramatic close up

    Turn head.

    "I'm Batman."

  • Is it just me, or did they miss a chance at 01:04 to say about how someone tried to kill him with a forklift?

  • 1:25 *squints* ...Okay, is it just me, or does it look like they green-screened in the New York skyline in that window?

  • Ben aflick could be a villan in this movie and it would make more sense.

  • Funniest part comes at 3:07

  • Well, it faded to black, so we can dream, can't we...

  • 4:56 I love how the kids just continue playing as two adults fight right in front of them, like that happens everyday and they are not shocked by it!

  • @10:14 It's Mary Poppins! And she's headed to a leather bar! ROFLMFAO!

  • Obligatory nerdy nitpick correction: The Sega Dreamcast was released on September 9th, 1999, frequently remembered by its "9-9-99" ads, therefore the music referenced at 4:58 could not be courtesy of a 1998 Dreamcast game, as they did not exist at that time. Please resume enjoying the riffing.

  • @MugenJin2:

At least Steel was fun, which is more than you can say about Daredevil.

  • Ben Affleck is the worst excuse for a superhero EVER.

  • @palpatine17 clearly you've never seen Steel

  • @MugenJin2 ROFL!

  • @MugenJin2 or CatWoman or Batman and Robin

  • @MugenJin2 Or Batman and Robin, or Pumaman.

  • @MugenJin2 clearly you've never seen puma man.

  • @em23 Pumaman is a worse movie but I don't know about the heroes themselves. They're both terrible but I think I'm still gonna go say that Shaq's Steel is worse than Pumaman. Pumaman can at least fly, he has super strength and he actually can fight (not good but it's fighting) where as Steel runs slowly and is always is getting his ass kicked. So, yeah I'd still say Steel's a worse movie superhero but Pumaman is definitely a worse movie.

  • @em23 clearly both of you haven;t seen the green hornet or the green lantern; both movies make you wanna puke green shit

  • THAT'S NOT HOW DELETE WORKS YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES

  • 12:12 This might be a dumb question, but when is the PRINT button EVER next to the DELETE button on a keyboard?! Seems like a potential problem if you were typing up a huge paper and when you were done your finger would go astray and accidentally hit the DELETE button instead of PRINT. I think that's a critical flaw in designing a keyboard. That or dramatic convenience, I don't know.

  • @WackyJack322 haha i didn't even notice that!! XD

  • @WackyJack322 it's on my keyboard. both of them. you probably confusing backspace with delete.

  • @postle4 quite possibly, I just have never seen the PRINT button in the same proximity as the DELETE button.

  • @WackyJack322 Well furthermore, what computers just have a PRINT button? Usually to print you press Ctrl + P. Everybody look at your keyboards right now. Do YOU have a Print button? Prove me wrong!

  • @JamesOhGoodie My computer (an HP Pavilion) looks exactly like Joe Pantoliano's in that shot. In case you were wondering, the PRINT button captures a screenshot to Notepad, and the DELETE button deletes the next letter after the cursor, like a forward backspace. I also have a button on the left of the keyboard that has a picture of a printer on it; investigation reveals the "picture row" are macro buttons, and the printer one is Ctrl+P.

  • "Being blind, physics no longer applied to me."

I love them taking the piss out of this movie, and one of the most ridiculous heroes ever made. My father is completely blind himself, and my former Judo trainer and now ranked three times in Jujutsu, making this even more funny.

  • What's really funny is this is actually one of the best Marvel Movies but people want to shit on it simply because Ben Affleck is in it. People suck.

Oh, and to correct the video poster AGAIN, Marvel has actually made a LOT of passable adaptations.

  • @StreetsOfSonic

Any Hollywood attempt at portraying blind people is shit. They can't do a day of research to even remotely understand anything.

  • @Andreazor

You have to realize you have to have a bit of the old suspension of disbelief seeing as these movies ARE based on comics, you know. Also, have you seen the Director's Cut? It's changed a LOT of people's view on the film; it does the movie much more justice.

Truth is Daredevil is one of the best Marvel films out there, and that IS worth something as they have only gotten better and better for the MOST part.

  • @StreetsOfSonic

If you had a blind father, you'd see it differently. Hah, a pun. See it differently...

  • @StreetsOfSonic Look, nothing you can say can convince me that this is a good movie. To me, the best Marvel movie will always be Men in Black. Or Spiderman.

  • Kevin Murphy is singing Brittany Spears....I can die happy

  • Comment removed

  • "What's eating you?" Jennifer Garner, haven't you heard?

    XD

  • Hey.... where's out "No"? I feel cheated!

  • Too bad Fox won;t let us have it both ways, the theatrical cut for when we want to have some time with Rifftrax, and the director's cut for every other time, but all rereleases only contain the director's cut, so fans of Rifftrax are pretty much screwed

  • Honestly, Affleck is a merge of Keanu Reeves and Hayden Christianson.

  • Oh god this movie is the only super hero movie where I sat afterwards with a good, fat feeling of WTF was that good for?

  • Who's worse, Hayden Christensen as Anakin, Keanu Reeves as Neo or Ben Affleck as... this guy?

  • @Sahluful Uu, that's a tough one. Hmmm, I guess i'm going to go with Hayden Christensen

  • @MugenJin2 I agree. At least Ben and Keanu tried to act while Hayden not only has limited ability, but was working for a director that did his best to make sure his actors DIDN'T act even when they could!

  • @Sahluful Put it this way: Keanu was perfect for the Matrix and helped make it as good as it ways, Ben Affleck at least seemed to try in Daredevil, but Hayden was a mixture of a bad actor with bad dialogue said by a boring character.

  • @Sahluful Hayden BY FAR, at least Ben was trying to act.........

  • @Sahluful affleck

  • Super dopey Bono pose!

  • I love this movie, so I don't care if they bash it :P

  • i thought those flames that made the DD was going to be a swastika XD

  • My Mom and I watched this movie on DVD and I spent pretty much the entire movie saying "WILL SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?"

  • being blind the laws of physics no longer apply too me lmao

hey wheres our noooooooo i feel cheated

Ben Affleck does too the marvel movie franchise as attack of the clones did too star wars

  • Daredevil is an awful awful movie. Awful writing awful acting and the worst soundtrack in human history with the worst singers ever. The good thing, the rifftrax.

  • 03:59 Spiros almost killed Affleck, guess he ain't running off with the Greek

  • Where are my keys!!

  • You say you've never heard of "The City" why that is where the Tick operates. The Tick is a much better superhero than Ben Affleck.

  • It does sound like she said electric nachos.

  • "The City" is where the Tick operates, and he was a way better hero than Ben Affleck.

  • I'm sensitive and crap!

  • 07:01 Tommy Wiseau did it better.

  • For me and anyone who saw and loved The Town and Gone Baby gone, seeing Ben Affleck in this movie is all the more painful.

  • Directors cut is sooooo much better.

  • im glad i never saw this movie in theaters

rifftrax is the only medium that suits it

  • 4:45.

Only at rifftrax could you get a "Return to Innocence" reference lmao one of the many reasons I love listening to these guys

  • @QuicKSand5727 I was gonna say...that was pretty obscure!

  • Oh wow, that king pin joke was so disturbingly funny.

  • "Because being terrified makes a person love life."

  • I, much like the Rifftrax guys, love to believe that Daredevil died at the end of the movie.

  • your username is fucking badass.

  • @vdubmerc3 Well, it is named after Samurai Champloo so by default I'd figure it would be

  • La la la, la za za zuh za za . . . Revenge!

  • "13 going on MURDER..."

    Priceless

  • No Green Mile joke?

  • 04:34 "I'm going to impregnate her, and if I have time later, maybe even marry her...maybe."

Good call, Kevin. It was during this time that both Affleck and Garner lost their genuine appeal, and became staples for tabloid garbage.

  • Super-Dopey Bono Pose!

  • 4:11...bet the director was thinking, "Boy, i sure hope nobody saw another superhero film where they did this exact same thing, only in that movie it looked cooler and made more sense. Good thing no one's ever heard of The Crow, right?"

  • @thejoexman Even worse? They did the EXACT SAME THING in "The Punisher" and it made even LESS sense in that one! STOP SETTING THINGS ON FIRE, MARVEL!

  • @JamesOhGoodie Holy shit, you're right! I forgot about that one. Well, can you blame me? It's "The Punisher". Christ, next thing you know Spidey's gonna be burning a spider in the pavement in the new reboot.

  • 4:44 LMFAO!!!

  • OMIGOSH IT'S HANG ON BY SEETHER THAT'S PLAYING when they're talking about people that's rocking and saluting them...

    sorry for caps...

  • So, did Romita work on the comics? If so, I see what the movie did there, and it's not cool.

  • @WolfmanNougat Yes, he did work on Daredevil. Not for very long but he did work on it

  • (09:37) What did he said?

  • @horaciosi he said "I've run out of me Lucky Charms"

  • super-dopey bono pose!

  • "You broke my knees, so kneeling on them hurts!!"

  • "Vs john Romita"......SUBTLE MOVIE!!!! -.-

  • City City....thats almost as generic as the Beer Beer from the movie

    Steel.

  • @Flailwielder It's pretty bad when you have something in your comic book movie that resembles something in a much worse comic book movie.

  • 3:41-3:47

Ow...That would hurt if it did burn.

  • I'm trying to decide which is the worse movie Michael Clarke Duncan played a major villain in: this or the "Legend" of "Chun-Li"...

  • Well, he did turn out to be a pretty good director anyway.(The Town)

  • Jose Quesada=Joe Quesada. Huh.

  • Daredevil is apparently a nude wet vampire

  • Ladadavadadad REVENGE.

  • Post MST3K...As long as there are crappy movies...there's Rifftrax.

  • @ms0487a believe it or not this is actually my dream riff because when I saw Daredevil years ago I thought "man wouldn't it be great if the guys from Mystery Science Theater 3000 made fun of this movie" and years later, here ya go.

  • @MugenJin2 That's awesome.

  • LOL 4:41

  • Jennifer Garner's face really bothers me.

  • i spotted two actors from The Sopranos. & man, Affleck's the worst.

  • @musicnerd225488 ain't that true.

  • Poor Ben Affleck,he was really the butt of every joke 5 years ago.

  • @sugreev2001 LMAO, I know it's been years but I doubt I'll ever get over the South Park episode with him in it....Hooking up with Cartman's hand puppet! He's a good target. lol

  • I knew he was going to say "bring in da Funk", I just knew it

  • That was waay better then the time it turned out to be a dude!

  • @WeathermanFTW Sorry that happened to you, Kevin.

  • If anyone cares that accident also created the TMNTs :D

  • @SerPinkKnight well, that does piss me off because if that didn't happen not only would we not have this movie but we also wouldn't have to suffer through Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 and TMNT (2007)

  • @MugenJin2 What was wrong with the 2007 version?

  • @DarthJoshReturns first of all. the plot was cliche beyond all believe. Basically it was the same plot as Disney's Hercules. Lame jokes like the that scene in the dinner with the little red thing that looks cute and harmless but kicks the hero's ass, never seen that before. It's was inconsistent like in the beginning leonardo went to that jungle to become a better leader. better leader at fighting crime? I'd assume so but no he's totally against that then what the fuck was he training for?

  • @MugenJin2 TMNT 2 had worse jokes, and somehow, it was better?

  • @DarthJoshReturns I classify tmnt 2 as a guilty pleasure. It's so bad that I have fun with it. the 2007 version doesn't have that for me. I just find it to be boring and pointless.

  • @MugenJin2 Are your standards that low, or are you one of those TMNT fans who think the In Name Only cartoon came first?

  • @DarthJoshReturns When did I ever mention that cartoon? Just because I said I didn't like the latest movie that means I'm a fanboy of the cartoon? I guess that's why it has a 34% on rotten tomatoes, all those up tight critics are just fans of the cartoon.

I will apologize for using it as a example because if your going to mention two crappy turtles products. It's not Tmnt 3 and the 2007 film, it's gonna be tmnt 3 and the turtles coming outta their shells tour.

  • @MugenJin2

the only thing that could have made the 2007 version worthwhile would've been if they committed to using actual suit-mation costumes like in the originals.

    CGI you've runied movies!

I wish Joe Dante would make a Gremlin's 3 with ALL puppets.

  • I like when they start doing the indian chant from return to innocence when jennifer gardner enters the resturant

  • THEY TRIED TO KILL ME WITH A FORKLIFT

  • @SerPinkKnight lol i love that song! they need one for that scene...

"this is the song about that guy daredevil,

he got some stuff, spilled in his eyes!

THEY TRIED TO KILL HIM WITH A FORKLIFT..."

    i think it fits.

  • @sm2142 Just thought of that line as soon as I saw it. They need to make more MST3k references

  • Thirteen going on MURDER! =D

  • Dots....dots forming into OH GOD NO!

  • "Bring on the pain (cue sudden orgasim face) let's bring on the noise!"

"And while we're at it let's bring on da funk!"

  • I like how Colin Farrell is the most credible character in the film.

    Largely because he's playing himself.

  • @EGRJ Okay, MCD does a good job too, but that's because he outclasses pretty much every other actor in the film combined.

  • @EGRJ Yeah, I kinda agree with about Farrell. I mean, he isn't really all that good, but it's something. he's fun to watch (the very least, he ain't boring)

  • I love you MugenJin2. No homo.

  • @mrdaym na, it's cool. i got cha

    thanks anyway

  • DARE YOU DAMN DEVIL!!

  • This may be a stupid question, but who the hell is Tom Arnold?

  • I loved "13 going on MURDER!"

  • OMG I just realized the director of Iron Man is in this. What a paradox right. Lol. For those who don't know what his name is. Its Jon Favreau.

  • Daredevil wasn't that bad. There are worse than this.

  • A.J, Soprano!

  • I actually liked this movie

  • u know waht sucks??? hugh jackman turned down this roll, that could of made this movie good

  • Give my... stupid hat to... Halle....... Berry!

  • u know that hugh jackman turned down this roll

ben affleck is like him how???

  • @RubiksCamel They were both in terrible superhero movies?

  • This is really about me being in SWAT, isn't it?

  • director's cut is better you should really check it out

  • Wait, if she thinks he's blind, why the hell did she leave him a note?

  • "Foreshadowing! Literally!"

Seriously, Shyamalan is subtler with his symbolism than the clown who directed this thing.

  • @JamesOhGoodie Are you kidding me?! That "clown" is the same guy who gave us the genius of Ghost Rider. Sarcasm of course, seriously fuck that guy.

  • 10:25 = Don't be fooled by the rocks that got, I'm still Michael from the block.....LMAO

  • "I'm not the bad guy" "No, in fact you're barely even a character"

  • If Daredevil were blind, couldn't his costume be hot pink without him knowing?

  • @Wintermute01001 It's funny you say that because in the very first few issues of Daredevil, daredevil's costume is yellow so yeah that probably could happen.

  • lmao at the conversation at 3:50

  • they gave ben affleck a lot of crap as they should have but he has really redeemed himself as of late with Gone Baby Gone and The Town

  • Comment removed

  • Wait, so the hero's father is boxing against a guy name John Romita, I just got it

  • music courtesy of a 1998 sega dreamcast game

  • Thing is, the director's cut of the movie is actually good, adds in some nice character stuff the theatrical version lacked.

  • @Anynom I keep hearing that the director cut is alot better. I might check out if I have the time but I'm in no hurry to see it. There's only so much you can change with a theatrical cut.

  • @MugenJin2 You might be surprised... or not surprised... to see how much got cut out from the theatrical version. They even switch up the order of some things that happen. As a minus (or plus) there's no naked Jennifer Garner (and less naked Ben Affleck). They don't get it on.

Overall, it's a better movie. Not spectacular, sure, but more consistent. More moody. And yet more funny; Daredevil drives a car!... but not very far. Coolio is in it. They have a CASE against Kingpin.

  • 3:07 FUNNIEST PART

  • Also, what kind of keyboard has a PRINT key next to the DELETE one? So many things could go wrong!

  • @ladycontrary725 More to the point, what computer has a PRINT button? Pretty much everyone knows that computers work by pressing "Control + P", or clicking "File<Print". I don't think I've ever used a computer that just has a straight up "Print" button.

  • wah wah wah du de la na ne neh REVENGE!

Don't we all have that theme song on hold in our heads?
