  • maybe hold it at the negative(lowering down) and then bring yourself back up real quick to really show us lazies

    nice form btw it's definitely activating those lats; I'm not saying these aren't really pullups but if you're lats are active in these you must be doing something right

    This is working for her, and bending the knees is just a convention in case you are balancing out or are too close to the floor. she is doing fine

  • Good job! However, you need to fully extend your elbows on the way down, otherwise it doesn't count as a full rep. Watch mine again and see that I go all the way up and all the way down.
