srsly, both parliament and funkadelic are some amazing bands... dewdz they've hit like, the epitome of creativity in every one of their songs... musical geniuses who've created some kind of an empire, with in-jokes and symbolism that we've grown to love fast. XD
Back in the day...had this blasting in my Air Force dorm room via my Ohm speakers. Then the First Sergeant banged on my door. I figured he was going to tell me to turn the music down. Instead he asked, "Who's that on those horns?"
@njblack73 I also was in the Air Force back in 76 Wichita Falls Tx. Sheppard AFB,.went to see them in OK. City,best damn show I've ever seen in my life, I still get chills ,...and flashbacks from that night ,..I used to jam Bootsy "Stretching Out" and P-Funk in the dorm too,...got a many knock on my door too,..not from the First Sargent, but from some Sir Noses, who couldnt get with the P back then,...and yes,.. I'm still funkin on,..............
