Good for you Congressman Heck. My points exactly. These civilian "leaders" keep screwing with our pay and benefits while we are fighting a war. Do they have any idea what it's like to be down range, have a wife and kids back home and wonder why their paycheck is being held hostage in the budget wars, wonder if your retirement is going to be yanked out from under your feet after you've invested 10 or more years.
