ive lived beside the penitentary my whole life. there is this building right behind the prison, mabe an archives building or a meeting building, but me and a couple buddies were drinkin beer inside of it. the way its set up is a dark, creepy ass hallway with hangin lights and shit and a room full of chairs and we were sitting there drinking and we heard swishing like some1 walking in a prison suit inside this huge, dark room. this prison is haunted as fuck, and i get chills just from livin by it

The investagation we did in here we caught 2 cool evps here. One was by accident me and some lady were walking in the boiler room, the evp was lighty you can hear "bitch" and other one was in caferteria were sounded like someone took a spoon or something and ran it down the wall with banging sounds comming from rooms and a wisper but didnt catch wisper.

I live a half hour away from Moundsville. I don't know why but every time I go by or see the Penitentiary I just want to get away from it. That is enough for me to think that it is a tad scary there. Was the episode scary? Knowing Ghost Adventures I am sure they got something even if it was small. Usually when they get something it will scare you.

I do not believe the entire show is rigged. They have activity where they go because they go to well-known areas. Ghost Hunters on SyFy is a show you want to check out. They don't catch things on every episode because they don't go to all well-known places (i.e. people's homes). Does everything have to be solidly proven to you? If you answered yes, then you shouldn't believe the science community that you cling to because all they have is a bunch of "theories."

I agree. Ghost Hunters is pretty boring though. I don't believe in ghosts but I do believe in entertainment. Ghost Adventures does provide great entertainment and they do act like it's really happening. Theonly times I roll my eyes is when they bring in a psychic or mention possesion. When they do that it takes away from the show. Other than that it's a great series. Doesn't hurt that their funny as well.

Ghost Hunters to me seems more fake. If ghosts are real than how can you be that calm when you're in a haunted place? I always thought that was weird.
