starting to do flips at the age of 30+ requires so much dedication...you're doing really well, congratulations :) I would love to see you doing a front-roundoff-backflip-combo. ^^ you already got your RO-BF, so just keep training the front-Ro and you'll get it in a few months :)
Nice tricks you got here, and i must say that i totally envy your training environment, i wish we´d had something like this in the Czech republic. Keep up the good work.
I remember watching your first couple of vids a while back and i havent seen any since then, but i have to say You have improved loads and I really wanna see more!
awesome place to practise, I really gotta find somewhere like that...Ive only been able to train outdoors or in my dojo, which isnt that well acrobatics-accessable:(
wicked man. ur sick for 35 year old keep it up, jus saying when ur doing running ariel keep ur chest up high u get more hieght, check out my vid (y) safe bro
The front tuck with pike. Spidey frontflip is what the traceurs call it cos it's a move Spiderman did a lot in the comics.
I do find your vids extremely inspirational. I often berate myself for starting the gymnastics so late - I turned 33 today and am off to the gym this eve! - but your vids show me what I might be able to achieve (how long have you been doing it by the way?) Cheers!
I started when I was 33! tho I have been skateboarding for the last 20yrs which have kept my fitness good. However, you've got the taekwondo skills flowing now - thats one up on me.. grrr.. *shakes fist at screen ;)
freerunning was invented by sebastian foucan after leaving yamakasi parkour was invented by david belle although it was only the concept that was invented not the movements, they have been trained for hundreds of years.
Parkour = efficiency, speed, power and control (not flips)
Frerrunning = freedom of movement, expression (flips)

oh and what i wanted to say, is try to swing your arms up more in roundoffs and other tricks like that, it´ll help you gain height ...

lol.... noone calls it a spidey frontflip..... especially not tracuers seeing as traceurs are practitioners of parkour NOT freerunning
Bermudajackson 3 years ago
I thought parkour and freerunning were the same thing. Isn't 'Freerunning' just what the English call parkour?
Urban Freeflow were calling it a Spidey at the Thames Festival. That's where I heard the name.
I've just subbed to you, btw. I just can't get enough parkour vids!! =D

loved the aerials and inward!
love to see you take some of these tricks outside

the only place I can imagine doing any of these flip outside is the beach! I don't think my ankles would be able to take it otherwise.
