This was an incredibly helpful demo, but I was wondering if you had any suggestions on what to do with dark, heavy brows (like Jennifer Connelly), both with and without glasses? I find that my brows are too heavy to do a lot of the more dramatic looks, or maybe it's just the way I go at them.

I have just THE worst combination especially when it comes to my brows - I have a lightish auburn hair and light blonde lashes and brows - I won't leave the house without black mascara on but i NEVER know what to do about my eyebrows.

and I wear black framed glasses (the frames aren't too thick)

I'm so glad you did a tutorial for glasses wearers. I have been wearing frames for years and it took me a long time to figure out what kinds of makeup work with frames because I love colorful, bold eyes, but hated that my glasses hid the colors.

I'm the same as you - when I wear my glasses, I use a hand mirror to do my eye make-up

@Fragilisticexpiali - Maybe try looking for a magnifying hand mirror? I've been using one when I've been wearing glasses - my doctor said it's great alternative when I don't want to go our bare-faced - and it worked for me, but I guess it depends how big your eye defect is. Just try, ask some people, maybe your doctor could help you and tell what would help. Hope that's useful! Greetings!

Thank you. Depending on mood, I wear a couple of different frames during the day so it can be tricky especially with the brows and shadow. Being near-sighted and tending to be heavy handed, there are sometimes surprises when I catch a glimpse at a distance :)

Haha....this is great. I just had Lasik done and don't wear glasses anymore...YAY! but I had to always wear my contacts because I felt you couldn't really see my make up behind the glasses =/ one thing with glasses is that I was able to hide under them and got away with my laziness. Haha...now I am forced to do my Make-Up everyday! =D

just wondered if you could give any make up tips on how to compliment green eyes, to make them stand out and make them look big etc. I have medium green eyes and they are 1 of my best features but don't know how to make them really pop. I thought you schould shade the sides with a powder or matt eyeshadow which is a couple of shade darker than you natural skincolour.

put the white powder on the bridge of your nose.

@berii21xx im hoping i can help with this :), i have the same problem tbh :(. i use the loreal paris studio secrets anti redness primer. basically its a agreen primer to put on before your foundation so it gets rid of some of the redness first :) xx

hey, if you feel too pastey why not try using a bit of fake tan? and as for the redness have you tried using a light foundation but covering these areas with concealer instead? hope this helps xx

Yes you can.

Just keep it subtle. Try an eyeliner like MAC powersurge on your big eye and something a little lighter (GOSH Banana) on your smaller eye.
