  • So great!

  • Cheers 4 posting loved it ! Bruce still up at the top ! Saw him at teh Emirates t'other year , both shows Frid and Sat and he changed TWELVE songs on Sat WHO ELSE out there can or would ? NO ONE !! Bruce just the best !

  • I don't remember "Blue Christmas" on the Promise. To be honest, I've never heard of that song before...

  • @thewhochilipeppersU2 No it wasn't, I believe it was an Elvis Presley song. This show was recorded around Christmas time, that's the reason they performed it.

  • @thewhochilipeppersU2 It was a song done by Elvis Presley in the 1950's.

  • MAGNIFICO, ES GRANDE ENTRE LOS GRANDES " VIVA EL BOSS ".

  • Bruce and the E- street band; the best live performers of all time.

They are still the best live act out there; they probably will be forever.

    The Boss!!!

The Big Man will be terribly missed in the future though; no one could ever replace Clarence; he was one of a kind.

  • Lack of energy? Losing it? WTF??? This guy is amazing. Look at any other band - ANY other band - there's nothing like this guy out there... in a lot of ways. Nobody is as committed to their idea - if they even have an idea - as Bruce. And as for "energy" and all that, c'mon. It's Bruce, man!

  • Thanks for posting this. We need all the happiness we can get right about now.

  • amazing...the greatest live performer.....

  • Y NO LO HE VISTO?! MIERDA.

Gracias :)

  • Never thought I'd say this: that was a feaking epic violin solo!

  • Muy bueno, me gusta

  • Anyone who doubts he doesn't have his legendary energy should watching "London Calling: Live in Hyde Park," where he puts on an incredible 3 hour show!

  • @alexanderdirksen

You're right, but you can watch any other show he gives too. He doesn't give gigs because he has to, he gives gigs because he loves to play music!

  • it's quite surprising to me was that after a billion videos/bootlegs/numerous shows, I still saw this and thought "what energy" and yet the hypercritical 21st cent is writing about his lack of energy. I would wager my life that not a single one of you can put a show like that on. Not a single one could come close.

  • @shawforsenate Right, and "lack of energy" when he's on a stage about five feet long...what did people want him to do, backflips? The 2009 shows were still full of energy---actually, amazing for a man his age or any other age---so until I see otherwise I'll keep believing Bruce is one of the greatest live artists ever.

  • Gewoonweg GENIAAL

  • Great that Bruce included "Blue Christmas" from his hero, Elvis Presley. Taking care of business, yes indeed!

  • il y a les groupes, il y a les chanteurs,

et il y a bruce springsteen..........

see you soon on the road...

  • A little different for Springsteen, but still good. He is and always will be an awesome musician with a boat load of talent!! Good job Bruce!

  • I'm surprised he did this concert at the Carousel House. The place is a run-down shack (you see what it use to look like at the beginning of the video). The Casino to which it was attached is all but collapsed (the roof is basically gone). The Palace (an indoor amusement park across the street) is gone. Nothing like it used to be.

  • Don't give Bruce a hard time just cause he's human..

Enjoy the fact that he still goes out there and shares his amazing talent with us..

I have seen him live 2 years ago and let me tell you: the LAST thing on my mind after the show was: he's loosing it...

  • @jwrmtz bruce is no human. he's a god. at the very least god has his music on his ipod playlist

  • @jwrmtz Old comment I know but when I took a friend to go see him 2 years ago, during the concert he looked over at me and said "I feel tired just watching him, hes insane" He was all over the stage. Not to mention he played for 3 plus hours. Thats called "loosing it"? You are delusional. lol

  • these songs are from 1978, they were throwaways. having seen the band over past three years i can honestly say there is more energy not less!

  • @TheGurry Hey, he's fuckin' sixty!!! Wish I had the half of his energy when I'll be with his age...

  • @TheGurry Bruce is 39 years older than me and I don't even have his energy at my age. I'll admit some of the band members look their age, but not Bruce in the least!

  • @azonsax oh completely agree, he LOOKS great, but he's starting not to sound great. His vocals are kind of going, and his energy's really dropped in recent years. I fully give him props for doing what he does, but he's definitely slowing down in recent years.

  • @TheGurry these songs aren't exactly energy pumping.. just see him live and you'll see he still has it

  • boss please come to holland. hessel

  • I sure Hope we'll be seeing you Soon!

  • Tá 3D ou é impressão minha? o_o

  • thanks bruce
