That climb to 13 is a lot longer and more tiring than a climb to 7...also factor in the 16 players on IR. Packers took extra days off before practicing again to get ready for the Super Bowl, while the Steelers treated this like a regular game to get prepared for. Seems like the Packers are the ones who are tired from climbing all those steps.
