No no, they would make a faster version for an urban environment, what ditches is this thing gonna face in the city, unless it was litterally going to come into your house, and up your stairs and shit. I think they would use this version for what its designed for: the wilderness. However, I would suspect that they already have ideas or variations for different environments. I just think they'd want to make the damn thing faster for the road; this one doesn't seem so well suited for that.
Reminds me of all the robotic car tests that have been done - I guess this thing would need to navigate it's terrain just the same.. avoiding trees and... buildings... I have a feeling if this is self guided it could just as easy go through urban areas too...
