As i said in other videos, even thought Acosta jumps higher, Rolando spins better and has that presence, charism, virility and etc. that looks incredible. Also, he is my idol...
From a personal point of view i dont like cubans as princes, not even junior nor Josemanuel, but Rolando is the best as prince since Jorge Esquivel. Hope the new breeds comes with this carachteristics of him. Top class danseur noble
Maybe you would like to see more makeup like in russian ballet...In that case they seems to me more like a Kent-Barbie ballerina than a real prince.If that´s the problem I prefer a macho prince with less makeup
It's not the make-up nor the customs it's the attitude. Have you problems with makeup, tights and Barbies? Those macho attitudes are better suited for macho roles in wich cubans excel and i thik in these days cuban male dancers are the very best in the world... But not as good danceurs nobles yet. And Sarabia is great as a Prince.. Keep trying with your make-up...
