pull ur clutch out, its ceised shut, and ur brake is too tight. i have a 71 im gonna be doin videos on here soon, mine is a 1966......i sugjest you go on to the cub cadet faq forum online, they have alot of helpful guys on there

That thing is gonna be really sweet! Maybe the brake is seized on. I've had that problem before!
