Hi, I know this is a tricky question but, does anybody knows what I've got to do to play sound with this game. My machine is a Dual-Core with no special sound board and I've downloaded the original version on 256 colors, that version is all around the web (3 mb) but any version plays no sound.

If someone had the same problem let me know what I could do because I played this game a lifetime ago and I'm dying to finish it up. Thanks for any hint.

Use ScummVM, add MI, go to "Edit Game", go to sound and change it to AdLib.

@VintageReviewsJr with ScummVM you're not going to have this sound with the AdLib. You have to select the game, go to "options", then "audio" and finally choose PC Speaker as your "Music Driver"....and there you have it: retro-style TSOMI!!!!

This is a very good game!I dont like the special edition, but the classic one is very good,its one of those games that you actually have to use your brain and your imagination, instead of just picking up a gun and firing widely into the air and hope to hit someone...

this was also the soundtrack to the original pc floppys. oooh how i've wanted lucas arts to re-release this game with this version soundtrack - sadly, I don't think they ever will. even the new release this past month has the enhanced soundtrack.
