  • these beautiful dogs don't belong in a circus... but if they are treated correctly (how can you not treat them correctly) I guess its ok xD but it would be a heartbreak to see them pass away... i dont think i could handle it that many times :( I'm sure the owner loves all of them :|

  • I own a Japanese Spitz and they're extremely intelligent. Also training of dogs can be used without whips and these dogs look much too happy and cared for to have ever been mistreated or whipped Also, as this whole feed has been saying, standing on hind legs is very easy for Japanese Spitz. My dog had been doing it since he was one and he is spectacular at it.

  • None of what these dogs are doing is particularly difficult for them. Jap Spitz's are naturals at standing on their hind legs (I have a 2yr old male-he does it without being qued all the time). And don't assume that it involves cruelty, I know circus's have a bad reputation, doesn't mean they're all bad. These dogs look well cared for, and I could almost guarantee they are only on stage for 5mins max. Besides dogs love having something to work towards and achieve =)

  • i didn't see any whipping involved

  • lol My Japanese Spitz is always standing on her hind legs like that. I guess it's a breed thing. Or maybe she thinks she's human?

  • omggg amazingggggg

  • look at the happy slaves ...

  • oh how cute! i hope they aren't treated badly. most circuses are evil. i'd love a humane circus. my pomeranian used to do ticks like this just to show off.

  • :( they seems to be happy but they are not happy.. they are trained to look happy and do all the stuffs you see.. they are like slaves and i hate circuses!!

  • watched again today. They look just like you Casper when you would dance. I miss you buddie.

  • If standing on their back legs is something they do easy and by themselves naturaly which some of these comments imply, and are well treated (exercised, feed, loved) i see no reason why they can perform in a circus. Dogs like to work. Border collies love herding and as long as they are cared for its good

  • whats this song called?

  • wow! so magical!

  • i hope for these tricks the dogs do not treat badly because otherwise he is motherfucker fucker.i hate the son of bitch who torture every animal!!!!!!!

  • Love this video. Its so unique and beautiful. The bit when they are jumping up is my favourite bit.

I wish I had your pair of wings, I wish I could wear them in my dreams.

    Beautiful lyrics.

  • wtf... this is animal cruelty... the circus whips them to make them do the trick right... i hate these ppl...

  • @ninetaleschinjoo no, eskies like to be up on hind legs. Next you'll say the jumping eskie in the camera ad was tortured to get him to jump. My toy eskie will jump shoulder high on me, when she gets excited or when I'm holding a treat. And by the way, eskies are very self-willed and stubborn dogs, if you mistreat them they won't do what you want they'll just give you a middle paw.

  • Reminds me of our jap spitz.. she would playfully jump and twirl in the air when she gets over-excited.

  • Japanese spitz are really smart dogs. I have a bunch of japanese spitz and they learn how to communicate quick.

  • What traits do the Japanese Spitz differ from the American Eskimo? We lost our Eskie, Casper, last week. We are not doing so well. Yet I have to laugh because Casper thought it was normal to walk and prance on his hind legs. He was down right silly when he felt like it.

  • they are so cute dogs!why they use them for circus?maybe i know the answer!because they are brilliant dogs, veryvery clever and smart

  • i have a dog that looks just like that only little bit of different colors :) and can do that trick we call it " the dancing bear" :P

  • this is so cute and niumbusdiaries its not cruelty

  • I LOVEEEEEEE tis i have a jap spitz myself but hes not as well behaved as these

  • It's like a happy 80s musical montage!

  • This is animal cruelty.

  • that was so cute !! <3

  • too cute

  • Love the eskies. And LOVE this song <3 :)

  • must... stop... watching... manliness... fading...

  • @kasteman1 lol aw

  • BEAUTIFUL

  • The dogs are very cute but i agree that a circus is the right place for them.

  • really cool thx for uploadin dude

  • okay some people have been saying, that this is animal cruelty, but it isn't,Japanese Spitz learn to do these things themselves,of course he calls them when to do it,but if they dont want to he wont make them, when my Japanese Spitz was 13month old he could do all these tricks, most he kinda learned himself, other i literally showed him how to do.its there breed for pleasing there owners and being loyal.

  • i have a japanese spitz and they are so intelligent. My dog loves to chase things and play, and yes she often stands on her hind legs without me training her to do that. They are a very smart dog and therefore enjoy being active.

  • @WinterZena Some questions for you since ur an owner and im thinking of buying a jap spitz - How long do you keep your dog home alone? And how often and how long do you take your dog for a walk?

Id really appreciate if u cud answer :)

  • 13 ppl dont have lives

  • If you do a little background research on the Spitz, they were bred to be circus performers. They were famous for their talents back in the day when Circus performances were still popular. They have a considerable amount of intellect and are quite beautiful, people would wanna see them, so they were in the circus like this one;until later on when they became today's house pet. This isn't abuse. It's part of their history. Some dogs are just naturally gifted like that.

    Really enjoyable video :)

  • what sonq is this ?

  • so adorable :)

  • im so sorry but i gotta thumbs down this vid it really pains me to see this beautiful dogs working and had to obey as what their master said!huhu

  • oh my.. they should never work in a circus.. i was really sad when i seen this vid.. i have a japanese spitz and i love 'em so much.. it hurts me when i see dogs that has to work in a place like this.. :-(

  • I really love Japanese Spitz... they are so loyal to you and always love to kiss you...

they are not just a cute dog that will sit the whole day and sleep.... they are really energetic and athletic...

  • the song sucks! its should b more exciting! man

  • cute dogs =)

  • just spend two weeks with a japanese spitz, just a few months old and for some reason, without teaching him how, he loves to stand on 2 legs when i play with him.

i do feel sorry for these dogs though, dont think a circus is the right place for them...

  • that ass hole is just hitting his dogs to obey him see that stick he is using? that so sad i have the same dog and ill never do that for my dog to obey me

  • cutest thing i've ever seen. to bad some circuses abuse animals.

  • THEY LOOK LIKE MY DOG

  • @GaiaGirl2468

    THEY LOOK LIKE MY DOG.

  • i have a 3 yr old spitz, he is always dancing,,, i just love these dogs

  • They are beautiful,

  • what song is this?>

  • did you get a response -- what was the song?

  • "An Angel" by Declan Galbraith

  • how to train them to stand? my Spitz sometimes does it when he wants food its hilarious I really wanna train him to do it on command

  • aww i missed my dog now..

  • pooor doggy's they look torture

how can such gorgeous dogs be put to "entertain" people like that

  • Actually its not, the dogs get bored very easily and its kinder to give them something to do. They actually looked like they were having a blast.

  • Comment removed

  • He must devote allot of time to perfecting these dogs talents

  • i watch this video over and over again with my spouse

i wanted a japanese spitz but settled for a pom shes white though so its like i dont know the difference

    what song/masterpiece is this?

  • Oh, they are so cute!

  • OMG I have a Japanese Spitz, his name is Albert, and he's like, 3 years old!!! he's so cute and loves standing up!!! But he hates the leash and indoors, he always goes to his cage >.> One of his puppies always climb the cage [at the age of 2 months, now they're 3 months]

    I love Japanese Spitz!!! =D

  • ANIMAL CRUELTY

    rly funny though x0o 143

  • give me the number for the trainer i want my dog to be like that!

  • they beat them to make them do tricks

  • my japanese spitz used to do the standing on her hind legs and we never taught her to do it so saying they are being abused into do tricks is very hurtful as i never hit or hurt my dog to make her do it she did it because she wanted to

  • i never said you did but in alot of circuses they do beat the animals to do tricks

  • @kumagokathy123 I have to agree. My American Eskimo-- near identical, would dance on his back legs for the hell of it. I never saw a sillier dog. He would jump so high his nose was even with my nose. I'm sorry, we lost our Casper two weeks ago. These beautiful dogs are his spitting image. Set to this music, it's quite emotional. Our family is not handling it well.

  • its really cute! my baby spitz can do it also.

  • my dog can do it way better!! it can even do the thriller by michael jackson!

  • can you tell me the song

  • No offense, but i find them poor thing cuz they have to do what's told not do what they like. i pity them

  • I think you might misunderstand the breed. They live to please their masters and find the greatest enjoyment doing so. Having nine American Eskimos of our own, I can say with a high degree of certainy, that if they didn't like doing what they were doing, they would let those feelings known. The dogs in the vid are in no way being abused.

  • @109ace my american eskimo, too. he loved to dance. he loved burning off that energy. what i wouldn't give to see those prancing paws one more time.

  • your wrong... you can see they really like what they are doing... i have on myself and he do that without us telling him to do it.... the way there ears lay back like that is to show happiness..

  • aww yeah i love it when mines ears go back!!! he does it when ever he sees me!

  • Whats the name of this song?

    Japanese Spitz Handler!

  • An Angel and it is the Kelly's song. Search for Patrick Kelly and play the the song An Angel where he has his hair cut short. It is the best version. Check out all the Kelly music it is awesome.

  • so funny and cute

  • for the comment below i am so sorry for you :(

i had a pupy japanese spitz who got ran over at 5 moths and it heart breaking so i know the pain that you are going through.

have a new one now and am so happy :)

    xxx

  • hello.. i have a message down there..

i would just like to say that my japanese spitz passed away yesterday because of parvovirus. we had dextrosed him but he gave up.

he will be just 4 months this coming may20.

we are soooooooooo depressed because we lost him. we really miss alot! =( =( =(

  • @belaicute even after 2yrs, I'm so sorry. Our American eskimo Casper passed 2 weeks ago. I had no idea the Japanese spitz and American eskimo were near identical. When i saw this video, i lost it. he was my world-- next to my children!-- but, it hurts. if there is a such thing as a rainbow bridge, i hope he is waiting for me.

  • That is awesome. We had two of the Spitz dogs for around 13 years. We now have two more, one Japanese and one Eskimo. I don't know what it is about that song on here, but it is beautiful and brings out the man tears in me. Awesome!

  • I own a similiar breed, they love this kind of stuff. Not giving them something to do is cruel, keeping their minds and bodies occupied is a good thing.

  • so lovely

    i like it

  • thats so cruel

  • very cute and amazing! i showed this vid to my Jap spitz, Lupin, and he said awaw! not sure if he knew that they were like him too. :)

  • hi. i just want to ask about japanese spitz.. are they moody? are there times that they are really WILD?????????!

  • actually i have lots of them, they're very obedient, an excellent guard dog. they're very naughty. but i haven't heard of any incident of them going wild or hurting someone. but i can assure you they're very beautiful indeed and they';re also loyal and loving

  • hey, in my family we breed japanese spitz and we have 4 japanese spitz that weve kept and they are not at all moody! Two are my own and they are just soo lovable!

really wild....well....they are known to have what we call spitz moments, which are just funny to watch really. :)

  • Hello, I have seing this moovie severa times, as of today I'm a meber with youtube and give up my comment. Since I own thre Japanese Spitzes , I startet to train them also, maybe one day I can show what the have learned.
