You see, the 'zombie' symbolizes all the bad and evil things in the world and the guy with the blue shirt symbolizes all the regular, middle class people in the world. This shows how everyone is trying to run away and escape the evil things, while still accepting the authority, and still, at some point people snap and flip off the government and authority.
