good luck to all you guys and gals, I myself was overweight (175 pounds just 2 years ago) now, I'm around 140-130. I still am not at my goal yet, which is 120, but I know, I will get there with hard work, and a healthy lifestyle change. I, however, was making bad choices, resulting in bulimia/anorexia, up until a month ago, I'm making a recovery from it and am ready to loose the extra remaining weight, the right way. God bless.

Two big answers for real weight loss Cognative therapy ,and not eating so much. In the Uk you can have life threatening surgery for obesity ,but theres no phycological support at all...which is fucked up because any kind of issue like obesity, low self esteam ...etc ...etc ...are primarly psycological problems which can be resolved. Idiot Doctors just sit and say to people " stop eating so much" with out understanding the real phycological reasons why people over eat. Good luck !
