I think Chen has this one. The challenger's items look great, but the Iron Chef seem to have featured spinach more in surprising ways. I think it'll depend on how well the challenger's dessert goes over in terms of taste, and whether or not the panel thinks the spinach was prominent enough in the salt-crust dish.
It amazes me how quickly Chen makes his fried rice. its probably common-ish but I have no basis to judge really. Im just amazed at how he seems to think of it as an afterthought in the last few minutes whenever he makes it.
