@TOXICFLOWZSHOW only for "medical" reasons which from what I have seen has pretty lax regulation. however i just got busted here in tennessee with less than one gram. max penalty is 30 days in jail and $400 fine. i plead guilty for the deal which is 12 hours community service, attending a drug class, and paying $200 or more in court fees. Having more than a half-ounce in tennessee is a felony, considered "intent to sell".
