Not much can be done about the crowd, they arrived after me and only a few minutes before the Duke was due giving me no time to reposition, and I wanted the long approach. Squashed screen is because I shoot in 16:9 format to produce DVD's for widescreen TV. Putting some on YouTube is only a sideline and I cannot be bother with the hassle of reformatting since the overall quality on youtube is not very good anyway.

Nice one Ralph. Camera is steady, zoom and pan are pretty smooth. Shame about the crowd, but what can you do except edit them out? Shame about the sqashed wide-screen.

nice 5*, I live in Frodsham and remember seeing a steam train (it was a royal mail one) back when I was about 10, and its the only one I saw pass trhough there. Great vid :)

Cheers. And I agree with you, some people can be inconsiderate when you try to take a video or photograph. Not the sort of thing you want really, unless you want a few people in your picture yourself. Nice clip once again.

Thanks Silbury, I must admit though the hoped for going away shot was spoilt by the gang on the platform who only arrived a few minutes before the train was due and obviously had no thought for anyone but themselves...
