Stagecoach buses are years behind American bus fleets.

I can log on to cartgps and find out the live location and arrival time at any bus stop of any bus using their GPS ticket machines.

In the U.K Stagecoach have paid thousands of £s and they don't know how to use the technology. Shameful.

I couldn't give a flaming damn that the price for the Megarider went up - since this advert - from £9.50 to £11.00.

At least they've been modernising facilities and rolling stocks, otherwise if kept on the older ones then operations would become unreliable.

What if i wanna return just a return Nothing else?, Any bus driver know if these buses are driver friendly or is things like the suspension shakey (BACKACHES) and the floor wafer thin above the drivers head where you can hear an anoying passenger tapping to his music like on them horrid LCC buses. Maybe if they supplied the driver with a more driver friendly bus he/she would maybe be more friendly towards his/her passengers, think about it! Anyway i'm not driving them sodding things again.

Regarding the comments about bus drivers, yes I understand some are what you say they are, but they aren't all like that. I use to be a bus driver and now I am a cabbie. People tar us all with the same brush and it's not fair. I am always polite and certeous and considerate. One day I was driving up the road near where I live, and this bus driver, instead of waiting behind the parked car (on his side of the road) pulled out causing me to brake hard. What a c***! I also don't tailgate.

London Transport would "pwn"? Lol, that's got to be the funniest thing I've heard all week. London Transport is absolutely abysmal. Understandably in a city of 25 or so million people, but that's why the Olympic Games in 2012 will be a failure, there is no decent transport system to deal with such a huge volume of people.

Nottingham/Derby buses are the best, I can get one from Derby to Nottingham every 15 minutes non-stop. Only costs £3.10.

Well Arriva don't do much over this side of the East Lancs in Liverpool, but stagecaoch have put billboard ads up all across Lpool and within shopping centres too!

bus drivers of manchester, i was wondering if any of you could tell me what the rules are concerning drivers leaving their cabs to stop people smoking, and doing other stuff which is too disgusting to mention, i live in preston and get the bus to work ereryday and the is always a little scroat sat at the back single or double decker guaranteed, smoking totally ignoring the no smoking sticker saying its against the law to smoke. what are you told to do about this???

We are told not to leave our cab under any circumstances as we are not isured once we leave our cab e.g. if I got out and comfronted a person for smoking and they pulled a knife on me I wouldn't be able to claim a penny. We are told to simply shout upstairs and ask them to stop whatever they're doing (but only if someone complains). If they continue the Police are sometimes called but not very often.
