I sneeze about 10 times when i open curtains or when i switch from low light to laptop. look up photic sneeze reflex, it's pretty common. covering eyes with hands a few secs makes mine go away!

Umm sometimes they help... But usually I start sneezing and it takes almost an hour for the meds to kick in, which I guess is good and bad :)
