yes, you are doing it wrong, when you are taking the stacks down (like to two 6 towers) you do NOT do it at the same time. You are supposed to do it One at a time.
You need to learn the rules. You continuously scratch your cycle. Spare a little change and get the stackpack, watch the DVD and use cups that don't stick together, and you're in the clear.
