I saw them in concert at the Fillmore in San Francisco when this album came out. I spent the entire concert on stage cowering by the speakers, because the entire audience erupted into a mosh pit. I was too afraid to leave the stage, and luckily the band was nice enough not to kick me off. The guy who brought me ended up with a broken arm.

fast korrekt - die Größe der Maxi-Single. Maxi-Singles waren 12" groß und wurden auf 45RPM abgespielt. Die älteste Maxi, die ich kenne (und habe), ist von 1978: "Kraftwerk - Das Model" in knallrotem Vinyl.

This was such a sublime sonic collision, Sherwood really created a motorik monster when he remixed EN. Its funny how the eighties is often encoded musically as a time of redundancy when some of the most avant-garde and sonically novel grooves were laid down. I used to mix this track with the Swans 'Time is Money' & it always brought a certain dancefloor devistation to bear on the evening's proceedings - You have a great sonic archive, keep up the disturbing work SFSindee (a splendid name indeed)
