It would be great to have a site like youtube with these types of videos, but with 2 rows of comments. One row to only have actual scientists, people with science degrees or college students taking science courses to be able to comment. The other row would be for the non educated or semi educated to comment, like a think tank. This would ignite tons of progress in internet science culture. I mean, who really wants to read a bunch of kids bad talking each other in comments? That solves nothing!

I don't think religion is causing us not to have this right now, though it doesn't help. It's probably the lack of interest and support of science by the general public. I don't think religion is causing us not to have this right now, though it doesn't help. It's probably the lack of interest and support of science by the general public. Most people aren't that interested in major breakthroughs in science and technology. They find most of the far-reaching dreams and goals of scientists to be "creepy". Unfortunately, movies and television instill pessimism to miraculously world-changing technologies, and the mass media rarely covers scientific breakthroughs.
