as an illegal you were merely subject to deportation with the possible reentry as a legal immigrant later. voter fraud is a federal crime. if caught and convicted you'll face a civil penalty of up to $5000 or may be charged with a class b felony. in either case your ability to remain and/or reenter the U.S. may be in jepordy. good luck.
the only criteria to be a member of the republican party is that you must register to vote and declare yourself a republican. as an illegal alien are you registered to vote? if so than you've compounded your crime two fold by committing voter fraud. that is unless you mean to say you are a member of the irish republican socialist party.
*sigh* I remember when being a Republican meant you were held to a certain standard of decorum, and it was the tie-die t-shirts and bandana-wearing hippies who'd worm their way to the front line to scream "F*** you Barbara" right there in front of the first lady's children. I actually work with Juan. He's now the Warehouse manager, learned English well and on his second wife and has another baby. He's still a great guy, hard working and it shows. Ask Ron Paul what he would do with cancer. Would he bring it into his lab and studied it, feed it and then let it live on if it only affects a few bones?
Conservatives have let their party and country be stolen from under their noses through a Trojan Horse called the War on Terror. Your values have been hijacked by the Neocon agenda. Are we nation builders and world policemen? Is warmongering a conservative value? But it's not too late; your choices are not limited to John McClinton. Get behind your own candidate, Republican or independent it doesn't matter, but fight to win back your country. Booing isn't enough.
In case you haven't seen any news...ever.. the War on Terror is very real. Too bad some are just to ignorant to see it!!!
War is needed to combat evil in this world. Thank God we're big enough and powerful enough to do something about it. Otherwise you might be speaking German right now!
"The War on Terror" is merely a term coined by President Bush. As a term, it is no more real than say "The War on Drugs." Calling it a War elicits all sorts of emotional responses, emotions that have been effectively used to hijack the Republican Party and America.
Al Qaeda, on the other hand, is very real. It has attacked us where we live and exists in countries all over the world. However, where it did not exist was in pre-War Iraq. And the threat that Iraq posed to us was not real. At the time, I was too ignorant to see this. I am now awake. We're big enough and powerful enough; and God willing, we'll be wise enough.
Saddam was attempting to reconstitute his nuclear dream and had an image of himself ruling over a Pan Arabia. Scared his neighbors. Did you know about the Oil-for-Food Scandal bribery? What do you think that was for while he fed his people bad rice, built Palaces and weapons facilities?
See? Toldja we're on the same page, and there are much bigger issues than who's gonna mow our lawn. Now, do you want a guy who sings songs like "bomb bomb Iran", or a gal who says her first act on the day she's sworn in will be to (well, as WE see it) surrender?
Maybe you've forgotten all the UN resolutions he violated? He was a threat due to the WMD's he actually had and all the one's he lied about trying to make Iran think he was more dangerous than he was.
The reasons for the invasion (which I supported) were outlined by Colin Powell in his speech before the UN. Roughly, those reasons were imminent danger from WMD and collusion with Al-Qaeda. They were later proven wrong, and in Colin Powell's own words he was misled. Those were the reasons for invasion -- the rest are just excuses for being there.
For me to blame anyone for supporting the invasion would be hypocritical. However, I will not vote for anyone (McCain or Clinton) who cannot admit the invasion was a mistake. Who cannot admit mistakes is likely to repeat them.
McCain is certainly not my first choice nor my second for that matter, but in the end, a true republican supports the party's choice. any who does not a committed republican.
Not true. If the party moves so far to the left that there is no difference between the two, or if real conservative values are forgotten or tossed aside, then it ceases to be a Republican or Conservative party.
actually your wrong. in its history, the republican party has always drifted from conservative to moderate positions and back again. the republican party has always been inclusive and has bowed to the will of its members. if your not staisfied with the party as a whole then perhaps the libertarian party would suit you better.
Oh stop it. It hasn't moved to the left. Ralph Nader isn't our canidate. Or McGovern. Or Al Sharpton. Just because Rush is wetting his pants doesn't mean we all have to bow to his ditto. And stop letting folks try to turn us into a one-issue party. There's more at stake than imigration, regardless of which side of that issue you fall. Man, reminds me of a local guy who's whole platform was he was opposed to flag burning. Um, ok, but what about (insert issue here)? Not surprised he lost
*sigh* "Shut up" ? That's just what I'm talkin' about. I'm old enough to remember when you could have political debate and dissenting opinions within the party, before all the neo-con idiots came along, who can do nothing more than say "shut up". What, are ya gonna start air-horning folks at the convention now, too? Trust me, life under an Obama/Billary presidency will be far worse than anything a non-neo Republican can dish out...
i've been a republican for over 40 years and i also remember when you could have dissenting opinions and still be considered a good republican. but when there are those who sprinkle their political opinions with personal insults the debate stops and the conversation degenerates. we are an inclusive and diverse party, as republicans we should remember there is no perfect candidate but we as a party should embrace and support our nominee regardless. remember reagan's 11th commandment.
Vote for McCain and you will SUREly get stuck with a democrat. Just picture all the anti-bush ppl crossing-out bush on their picket signs and replacing it with mccain.
if mccaine wins then a democrat will win the nomination, AMERICA is anti-war now, and so are the dems "supposedly". Ron Paul would be able to call either one out on economic issues, just like he called out your "buddy" Mccaine in that debate. and he's anti- war so yay no more death!
Shouldn't the description for this video be "john mccain cpac applause" because this tough audience for a supposedly not-conservative-enough candidate seem surprisingly positive.
So the same guy who almost left the party twice and entertained the idea of being Kerry's VP is now our nominee. Screw Juan McCain and his supporters like Huck-a-phony just looking for cabinet jobs.
See? Toldja we're on the same page, and there are much bigger issues than who's gonna mow our lawn. Now, do you want a guy who sings songs like "bomb bomb Iran", or a gal who says her first act on the day she's sworn in will be to (well, as WE see it) surrender?
I think it's pathetic that video was taken to actually show these booing losers proudly. How sad.
Is this what's become of my GOP? Reagan must be turning over in his grave. Buncha spoiled, immature yahoos. They are not conservative; they're just asshats, and they are destroying conservatism by making it UGLY.
incredibly foolish you say? I think there will be alot of suicide voters this election, if McCain gets the nominee. I for one won;t become a suicide voter, but I will NOT vote. Let the dem's take over, make a total mess out of it all, let them take the blame this time. I am a conservative and since we don't have a conservative running, guess I am sitting this one out....as many other conservatives will be.
Even Bush barely won twice WITH an energetic base and no hatred for him. Can't say that about McLame!!!"
McCain not having an energetic base isn't his fault. It's the fault of idiot's like you parroting off Levin's talking points. I mean "McLame"? Come on knock it off and stop throwing a temper tantrum.
Hey, don't hold back. Be a real man and cuss me like McCain does his fellow Repubicans on the floor of the Senate. Make sure you use his favorites.... lots of F-you's and GDs. Then you can be just like your liberal buddy!!
McCain's screwed conservatives too many times for us to be told to take it and like it now that he's got the nomination. He actually did throw out a little bit of red meat in his speech, I recognize that, but he's going to have to make some specific commitments if he wants conservative votes in the general election.
Well, I don't know which one it will be, but this guarantees a democratic in the White House next year. It'll be either Clinton(D), Obama(D) or McCain(D).
This is so unlike the Republican party I know. We're meant to be a "silent" majority, McCain is pro-life, pro-gun, he wants win the war. The only explanation I can come up with is that you pundits don't like McCain because he won't continue corporate pork barrel like Romney.
Here you go, "global warming" is false, its not real. Juan McCain says he will spend 1.2 trillion on "global warming" I would say that pork barrel wouldnt you?
I think it's because he doesn't want to kick all the hispanics out of the country. I mean, one guy's even calling him JUAN McCain. How transparent can one's racism get?
Won't it be funny if you yahoos shoot our candidate in the foot with all your rhetoric, and the other side wins, and instead of a "Juan" in the White House you've got a BLACK GUY. And I don't mean Alan Keyes. Damn if Obama wasn't such a lefty I'd vote for him just to watch you guys shit a brick. 4 years? It would be worth it
Some of us will vote for Obama just to keep a pos like Sen McLame from winning. He's screwed the Conservative movement for the last time. We are already looking forward to 2012!!! Buh Bye Juan McCain!!!!!
"Some of us will vote for Obama just to keep a pos like Sen McLame from winning."
I see you've been listening too much to Mark LeWhine. If he and you for that matter think that McCain isn't worth voting for over immigration and petty economic differences then you're both idiots. Especialy since Romney is far worse than McCain.
At least we can have relative trust with McCain on abortion and foriegn policy.
Stop having a temper tantrum and get your act together.
Choice? There is no choice. Choice is an illusion created by those with power to control those without. They gave the Dems an obvious loser in 04 and they are giving the Republicans and obvious loser in 08. Hillary is the chosen one and we should all be scared as hell!! We're on the road to socialism.
Can you believe this dipshit will be the Republican nominee?? God help us. Mitt Romney was the best candidate left. Now Hillary is going to be president. Can you believe this crap? Sad reminder of Bob Dole's failed campaign in 1996. He was a heck of a lot more conservative than this boob.
I disagree that Mitt was the best candidate left. I still feel strongly that Ron Paul is the best candidate of either party. More people need to hear his message. Now that there is only three candidates left, perhaps the mainstream media will give him a fair shake. But I won't hold my breath.
Ron Paul has a lot of good conservative views but his support of legalizing drugs and his cut and run mentality on foreign policy are dealbreakers for me.
You can't leave that many terrorists over there with all that oil and nuclear weapon technology. You think Saudi Arabia is bad, that's nothing compared to Al Qaeda controlling everything!!!!
He was talking about voting in the primaries only you dumbass, not the nov election. I dont know why you're talking about Obama since of course Romney's name wont be on the ballot in nov
Feel free to continue to vote for him, especially since he's now endorsing McCain and asking all of his delegates to vote for HIM! Ahh, Mitt, the king of the flipfloppers.
Ron Paul is the only one for smaller government and no amnesty but you have to give up the war. You have a choice be invaded by illegal immigrants and learn Spanish or support an illegal invasion. All other candidates (Dems too) will institute a draft and crash the dollar and implement the NAU. Bush will be meeting with with Canada & Mexico's leaders in New Orleans he said it in the SOTU address. So you all better look @ your children and decide if dieing in Iraq is worth it.
Its not about being a traitor. Conservatives rather stick to their principles than vote for someone because they have better "electability" Republicans, not conservatives rather sell out to have a prez with an (R) next to it than not think of a person who has a history of not hearing the needs of the american people. Will you see a liberal support their candidate if the candidate is willing to "cross party lines" Of course not! So why should Conservatives? Let the libs mess this up....
So now the so-called conservatives would rather side with the democrats- Obama and Clinton- because Mc.Cain isn't good enough. Who's the traitor here?
This is what we are stuck with? The liberals will destroy this guy on Keating 5, his age and his temperment. He is a example of why people say politicos are all alike. Can anyone say Bob Dole?
How did this happen? How did McAmnesty's staff succeed in fooling so many? Looks like we're stuck with another Jimmy Carter for 4 years. McCain will get destroyed. It's Bob Dole all over again.
These Rightwing nutjobs are doing a great job at making themselves irrelevant in this election cycle. The shrill vitriole of Limbaugh, Hannity and Ingram did nothing to influence the general public and just makes them look insignificant.
The reason why there wasn't more booing is because CPAC attendees were instructed not to. Also, of course the McCain people are going to put their people in the audience and have them cheer extra loud.
You should really hear her howl at the Clintons, its great. BTW, I don't see why anyone would vote for HRC being she's a political carbon copy of Obama. Obama has learned how to make people like him with words and Hillary is shrill, demeaning, demanding, hostile, argumentative, overbearing, unyielding, and generally unlikeable as a human being. But hey, when you are passing out 130 Billion for votes, I guess some overlook the negatives and focus on the treasury.
Political dissent is healthy, not a sign of cannibalism or hate.
Contrary to Leftist mysticism, marching in lock-step agreement under John Lennon's world-as-one, totalitarian nightmare is unhealthy. There is broad disapproval of McCain's politics amongst self-professed Conservatives and they are expressing it.
You idiots blew it. McCain, Romney nor Huckabee were conversative. Ron Paul was the only real conservative left running and you idiots blew it. Now we will vote for Obama or Shillary.

Its RINO's like McCain and Bush that have the Rep. party in the mess it is in right now.
I'll vote for the Rep. nominee because its a vote against the socialists running on the dem side.
Sure would be nice to have a candidate to really get behind and mean it.
lrlbox21 4 years ago
McCain is certainly not my first choice nor my second for that matter, but in the end, a true republican supports the party's choice. any who does not a committed republican.
geargemartin 4 years ago 2
Not true. If the party moves so far to the left that there is no difference between the two, or if real conservative values are forgotten or tossed aside, then it ceases to be a Republican or Conservative party.
RoachAsylum 4 years ago
actually your wrong. in its history, the republican party has always drifted from conservative to moderate positions and back again. the republican party has always been inclusive and has bowed to the will of its members. if your not staisfied with the party as a whole then perhaps the libertarian party would suit you better.
geargemartin 4 years ago
"the republican party has always drifted from conservative to moderate" - yes kind of but this is a time of war and invasion/illegal immigration
RoachAsylum 4 years ago
BillyBughead 4 years ago
shut up billy
RoachAsylum 4 years ago
*sigh* "Shut up" ? That's just what I'm talkin' about. I'm old enough to remember when you could have political debate and dissenting opinions within the party, before all the neo-con idiots came along, who can do nothing more than say "shut up". What, are ya gonna start air-horning folks at the convention now, too? Trust me, life under an Obama/Billary presidency will be far worse than anything a non-neo Republican can dish out...
BillyBughead 4 years ago
i've been a republican for over 40 years and i also remember when you could have dissenting opinions and still be considered a good republican. but when there are those who sprinkle their political opinions with personal insults the debate stops and the conversation degenerates. we are an inclusive and diverse party, as republicans we should remember there is no perfect candidate but we as a party should embrace and support our nominee regardless. remember reagan's 11th commandment.

RON PAUL 2008 or get stuck with a democrat!!!
iTellYouNoLie 4 years ago
Ron Paul isn't going to win the nomination though McCain is. So vote for McCain or get stuck with a Democrat.
JohananRaatz 4 years ago 3
Vote for McCain and you will SUREly get stuck with a democrat. Just picture all the anti-bush ppl crossing-out bush on their picket signs and replacing it with mccain.
saibjai 4 years ago 2
if mccaine wins then a democrat will win the nomination, AMERICA is anti-war now, and so are the dems "supposedly". Ron Paul would be able to call either one out on economic issues, just like he called out your "buddy" Mccaine in that debate. and he's anti- war so yay no more death!
iTellYouNoLie 4 years ago
Shouldn't the description for this video be "john mccain cpac applause" because this tough audience for a supposedly not-conservative-enough candidate seem surprisingly positive.

So the same guy who almost left the party twice and entertained the idea of being Kerry's VP is now our nominee. Screw Juan McCain and his supporters like Huck-a-phony just looking for cabinet jobs.
I'll be writing in Fred Thompson thank-you!!

"Huck-a-phony"
What the? He's only moderately liberal on a couple of silly economic issues. What about the really important things like abortion and foreign policy?
JohananRaatz 4 years ago
You must have forgotten McCains support for the Bush amnesty bill.
lrlbox21 4 years ago
Everyone knows HuckaVeep worked for McCain and is angling for vp. Now he's just staying a few days longer in the race to make it less obvious

BUT WE WILL BE THE ONES TO END IT, OUR WAY!!!

See? Toldja we're on the same page, and there are much bigger issues than who's gonna mow our lawn. Now, do you want a guy who sings songs like "bomb bomb Iran", or a gal who says her first act on the day she's sworn in will be to (well, as WE see it) surrender?
BillyBughead 4 years ago
I think it's pathetic that video was taken to actually show these booing losers proudly. How sad.
Is this what's become of my GOP? Reagan must be turning over in his grave. Buncha spoiled, immature yahoos. They are not conservative; they're just asshats, and they are destroying conservatism by making it UGLY.
mredyhcapamab 4 years ago
You'll see how much of an "asshat" we are when we stay home or better yet vote for the Dem to make sure Sen McLame doesn't get it!!!
What is pathetic is stacking the audience with supporters to give a false impression of support!!! THAT'S PATHETIC!!!
bbv4 4 years ago
"You'll see how much of an "asshat" we are when we stay home or better yet vote for the Dem to make sure Sen McLame doesn't get it!!!"
That would be an incredibly foolish move.
JohananRaatz 4 years ago
incredibly foolish you say? I think there will be alot of suicide voters this election, if McCain gets the nominee. I for one won;t become a suicide voter, but I will NOT vote. Let the dem's take over, make a total mess out of it all, let them take the blame this time. I am a conservative and since we don't have a conservative running, guess I am sitting this one out....as many other conservatives will be.
cs826 4 years ago
Not exactly, see reference exhibits 1 and 2.....1980 and 1994. Proof there's always another election!!!
Refuse to vote for lesser of 2 evils this time. Obama will win anyway - Thompson and Romney were our only chances.

"Dole-Kemp'96 = McCain-? '08

McCain not having an energetic base isn't his fault. It's the fault of idiot's like you parroting off Levin's talking points. I mean "McLame"? Come on knock it off and stop throwing a temper tantrum.
JohananRaatz 4 years ago
Hey, don't hold back. Be a real man and cuss me like McCain does his fellow Repubicans on the floor of the Senate. Make sure you use his favorites.... lots of F-you's and GDs. Then you can be just like your liberal buddy!!

Reagan turned over in his grave when McCain won the California Primary.
RoachAsylum 4 years ago
McCain's screwed conservatives too many times for us to be told to take it and like it now that he's got the nomination. He actually did throw out a little bit of red meat in his speech, I recognize that, but he's going to have to make some specific commitments if he wants conservative votes in the general election.
dmr0binson 4 years ago 2
Well, I don't know which one it will be, but this guarantees a democratic in the White House next year. It'll be either Clinton(D), Obama(D) or McCain(D).
jdb114 4 years ago
This is so unlike the Republican party I know. We're meant to be a "silent" majority, McCain is pro-life, pro-gun, he wants win the war. The only explanation I can come up with is that you pundits don't like McCain because he won't continue corporate pork barrel like Romney.
thejobloshow 4 years ago
thejobshow
Here you go, "global warming" is false, its not real. Juan McCain says he will spend 1.2 trillion on "global warming" I would say that pork barrel wouldnt you?
LiberalshateAmerica 4 years ago 2
I think it's because he doesn't want to kick all the hispanics out of the country. I mean, one guy's even calling him JUAN McCain. How transparent can one's racism get?
Won't it be funny if you yahoos shoot our candidate in the foot with all your rhetoric, and the other side wins, and instead of a "Juan" in the White House you've got a BLACK GUY. And I don't mean Alan Keyes. Damn if Obama wasn't such a lefty I'd vote for him just to watch you guys shit a brick. 4 years? It would be worth it
BillyBughead 4 years ago
Some of us will vote for Obama just to keep a pos like Sen McLame from winning. He's screwed the Conservative movement for the last time. We are already looking forward to 2012!!! Buh Bye Juan McCain!!!!!
bbv4 4 years ago
"Some of us will vote for Obama just to keep a pos like Sen McLame from winning."
I see you've been listening too much to Mark LeWhine. If he and you for that matter think that McCain isn't worth voting for over immigration and petty economic differences then you're both idiots. Especialy since Romney is far worse than McCain.
At least we can have relative trust with McCain on abortion and foriegn policy.
Stop having a temper tantrum and get your act together.
JohananRaatz 4 years ago
Yeah because McWarmonger's foreign policy is fantastic. I certainly don't want another four years of a bush policy.

Choice? There is no choice. Choice is an illusion created by those with power to control those without. They gave the Dems an obvious loser in 04 and they are giving the Republicans and obvious loser in 08. Hillary is the chosen one and we should all be scared as hell!! We're on the road to socialism.
savesovereignty 4 years ago
Can you believe this dipshit will be the Republican nominee?? God help us. Mitt Romney was the best candidate left. Now Hillary is going to be president. Can you believe this crap? Sad reminder of Bob Dole's failed campaign in 1996. He was a heck of a lot more conservative than this boob.
inkydinkydooky 4 years ago 2
well summarized.
RoachAsylum 4 years ago
I disagree that Mitt was the best candidate left. I still feel strongly that Ron Paul is the best candidate of either party. More people need to hear his message. Now that there is only three candidates left, perhaps the mainstream media will give him a fair shake. But I won't hold my breath.
Unkn0wnGuy 4 years ago
Mitt was the only one of them who does not get a government check every month.

SirWinstonChurchill 4 years ago
Ron Paul has a lot of good conservative views but his support of legalizing drugs and his cut and run mentality on foreign policy are dealbreakers for me.
You can't leave that many terrorists over there with all that oil and nuclear weapon technology. You think Saudi Arabia is bad, that's nothing compared to Al Qaeda controlling everything!!!!
bbv4 4 years ago
Good luck with that. He's suspended his campaign.
erinl2 4 years ago

No, that would be reckless. By doing that you'd be helping your buddies Obama and Osama. Be prudent.
cretancooper 4 years ago
He was talking about voting in the primaries only you dumbass, not the nov election. I dont know why you're talking about Obama since of course Romney's name wont be on the ballot in nov
RoachAsylum 4 years ago 2

erinl2 4 years ago

JValez 4 years ago 5
So now the so-called conservatives would rather side with the democrats- Obama and Clinton- because Mc.Cain isn't good enough. Who's the traitor here?

These Rightwing nutjobs are doing a great job at making themselves irrelevant in this election cycle. The shrill vitriole of Limbaugh, Hannity and Ingram did nothing to influence the general public and just makes them look insignificant.

I can't believe that ACU was telling people not to boo McCain. I'm glad that some people decided not to listen.

Devour their own?
Political dissent is healthy, not a sign of cannibalism or hate.
Contrary to Leftist mysticism, marching in lock-step agreement under John Lennon's world-as-one, totalitarian nightmare is unhealthy. There is broad disapproval of McCain's politics amongst self-professed Conservatives and they are expressing it.
