Twinning!! Something you generally want to avoid...and I'm not sure I buy the sitting down in the chair. Perhaps get him moving move in the chair or have him stand instead. Also the initial pose is not reading. Is he supposed to be sleeping? In fact theres a few poses that are not reading. Like the smack at the end...is he smacking his butt? or knocking something over? I would make the poses much clearer.

Yeah, so sorry for those commercials...It's so embarrassing seeing them since I go there. Generi is often used for the beginning animation courses, but we now use Norman and while that's not the best rig, its pretty simple to modify so it doesn't look like the simple Norman character. You've probably seen it around on youtube.

Well... kinda morphing. They call it blendshapes in MayaWorld. A little bit of *O*, A little *Ah*, a touch of *E*, etc. to come up with the real sound.  a lot of tweaking.
