What if Bill doesn't want it out yet? What if he only wanted certain people, like friends and family, to see it, and then he finds out that millions of fans have already seen it? Or what is he wanted it to be a surprise, like for the new ablum or somthing? The more time this picture is posted, the more people see it, and the more disappointed that his fans are such big snoops Bill is. I'm very disappointed you didn't think of him before posting this.
