@DubstepXmas Why not?, you can easily use console commands to get everything you want in the game. He probably used an old char that he wasnt going to use anymore and gave himself max mana and the spells he wants.

@SPARTANL795 If u have Enchanting @ 100 and the right perks, u can enchant armor so that it costs less, u can enchant up to 25% less magicka for Destruction, so if u wear this bonus on four items such as "Armor,Helmet,Necklace, and Rings" u wont even use magicka u can cast any Destruction spell at 0 cost, works with all other types of spells.

for some reason there was a glitch I bought lightning storm before even getting to level 100 and used the tome and learned it and it never gave me the spell in the spell list lol

Get your magika to around 250/300, then work on destruction skill bonuses and magika regen. You won't have to use all your points in magika. Then put rest in health and stamina as needed. Putting all your points into magika might sound like a good idea, but you will be extremely fragile unless you enchant all your gear towards health and health regen, which means you won't be enhancing your gear towards spell casting.

the master destruction spells take so long to charge up the only real effective one is lightning storm, and you need to be way out of the action. The conjuration spells are far more useful - 2 master conjuror dead thralls plus your companinion - thats an army of 6 dudes!

@BronzeSeiya You can only get that quest when you hit 100 in Destruction Magic. Then you go to Faralda at the College of Winterhold and get the Destruction Ritual Spell quest. After you complete that you can buy the tomes.

She then gives you a book, im not sure how else to explain where the 3 locations are, but at them are 3 stool, thingies. That you put the book on and then you must hit it with 1st. the expert fire spell 2nd. expert ice spell and 3rd. expert lightning spell. That will give you the master fire spell. Then you can buy the other two from faraldaHOPE THIS HELPED

@JtHih for each of the magic skill trees, once you reach master level(90+) you can speak with someone at the mage's college(relating to each of their talents), they'll send you on a quest and once you've finished you'll be able to purchess several new spells.

conjuration's quest also allows you to upgrade a forge under the college via a sigil stone

These spells are massively powerful, I think the only mob that you can't utterly annihilate is the Ancient Dragon. Lightning Storm is fun to use against the other dragons because it literally vaporizes the dragon after you kill it.

My only beef with the Master/Ritual spells is that they take such an ass-numbingly long time to cast and if someone power-strikes you with a bow or melee weapon, it gets interrupted and you've wasted like half of your Magicka.

@demonsean you need 100 enchanting with grand soul gems. then you must have the enchanter perk maxed out and the extra effect perk for 2 enchanment on 1 thing. and then fortify destruction
