I have an '83 S-10 with 350,400turbo,2800 stall converter,pumping out 470 h.p. and CANNOT get it to stop smoking the tires thru 1st and 2nd.Any tip would be appreciated!
@superpoof do you have caltrac bars ? Also loosen up the front end as much as you can (90/10 shocks) no sway bar, make sure all your front control arm bushings are moving freely, see how much front suspension travel you have you need around 5" cut your bump stops if you have to.Good luck
@s10richard Thanks! Just ordered some goodyear 30X10.5 slicks.All parts on the front end are new,but I'll get some 90/10 shocks.Local dragstrip opens in March,and I am MORE than ready! LOL

11.7 to 1 and brodix track1's on a 406 with fogger and 930holley with4:11 gears how much u think i'll make and what size cam to make hp like yours? THAT 10 IS FLYING!
