Now isn't it ironic ( and yes I know that's a song) that Patrick Moraz briefly replaced Wakeman in Yes before coming to the Moodies. And here's Justin on a Wakeman album. I just love the interconnectedness of all this.
@ThisBoyTV Oh sure, guess he made all the money - Well Deserved ! - but, you know, he's been using that beautiful voice for DECADES non stop - give the guy a break! ~ Luv' Ya' D. J. H. !! ~
Listen up... I saw Grandpa Mick not to long ago in concert. Unless Justin had a serious accident he can still write and sing for his long time friends. Those of us that listened to him since 1967.
Once again, Taranberk comes thru with another obscure Justin Hayward rarity!!! Thanks for sharing for all to enjoy!!! How about a hand for Taranberk? Who is with me???
Such a beautiful song! And such a beautiful voice to sing it! Justin Hayward is truly an angel from heaven! I wish I could find the album this is from. His voice is so magical and beautiful. This song only reminds me of how very much I love Justin. Thank you SO much!
Beautiful Music, beautiful vocals, and you have done it credit with your video. I am very grateful to you for having put the effort in to produce this and make it public. I had never heard this song before.
A friend just sent this to me and wow. In your notes you mentiion a version by Jon Anderson. Ironically, I just commented on a Jon and Vangellis video that YES is shoulder to shoulder with The MD and Tull in my world. I would LOVE to hear Jon and Justin do this one together. That might be close to dangerously magnificent.
Still can not fathom all the wondrous beauty that lies herein. I know this for me ..IS the single most beautifull contemporary work I have ever heard..!
It is finished! Now I can rest.
Wish it had the complete fade to black/ambience at the end.
What solo project is this from, and is it still available? Label, year, producer..any trivia appreciated please??
@audiomez "Return To The Center of the Earth", by Rick Wakeman. Originally released in 1999. Bought it when it came out but pretty hard to find these days. Best bet would be Ebay or Amazon used or a Torrent.

Listen to those glorious major-minor, minor to ??whatever transitions and complex melodic progressions. One of the most interestingly complex compositions of our time. Like listening to a new age collaboration/reincarnation of Beethoven and Bach! Oh, thank you! I never have heard (or heard mention of) this.
gorgeous voice. JH seems to perform so beautifully on all his solo projects. Maybe someone should suggest he collates them all on a compilation album one day! lovely video as always. Cheers!
Tarenberk you are a master of finding rare songs. Thank you for another wonderful song that may not be heard otherwise. It is always a pleasure to hear a new song from Justin that I didn't know existed
beautiful piece of music!!!

I was one of the first people to have this album, and Justin is perfect for this song, penned by Rick Wakeman.

Amazing that a person with such a beautiful voice hasn't put out a record in years. Guess he made all the money he wanted and is saying fu.

the tune is close to being out of his register..seems he struggles a bit with the higher notes. Not a Moody song...not a song for Justin...no hook

His voice has only became stronger thru the years which keeps me wanting to hear it over til I feel the words throughly.
