@XxnoitcelferxX You are a little bit stronger when you exhale. It is similar to weight lifters grunting when they lift. Also similar to when traditional martial artists do a kiai. It will also help to avoid holding your breath which will get you tired out more quickly. Hope that helps.

Can you tell me what the breathing helps with, i've noticed almost all boxers make that woosh noise when they strike. I'm just curious, thank you.
