  • This Man is Really Strong.

  • @coelhovsk

    Thanks, bro!

  • Unbreakable :)

  • in clean you should rely barbell on your shoulders like you do in normal front squat

you shouldn go far behind to lose balance and you should do it like upright rows just you start from your legs and you when you lift barbell up you just put it on your shoulders

  • in clean you should rely barbell on your shoulders like you do in normal front squat

  • Then do sumo deadlift highpulls, and you will get even more rowing functionality.

  • Well... I'm convinced. And for the sake of good order, I've removed the word "crossfit" from the title and the tags.

  • Ah, no functionality. If it was a significantly athletic move without functionality (aka the snatch), it could be used to develop other skills. But because it does not help to increase other functionality, nor does it mimick a movement that you would ever choose to do in life, it is a wasted movement. If you are going to pick something up from the ground to waste that is heavy, you would surely pick a DL first, or to chest then you would clean it (like a sandbag clean).

  • Hmm... Good point! However, I beleive, that actually, it helps increasing other functionality - rowing! ;-) And it fits well into the Barbell Complex.

  • clean technique needs a little work, and bent over rows in the same phrase as crossfit???

However, very nice depth on the squats!

  • Clean technique needs improvement - I agree. Pls explain - what's wrong with the bent over rows?

  • everything needs work in this work out

  • Why don't you try it yourself and upload a video before posting "smart" comments

  • lol smart comments
