@Ratje1a Well, then let me be the first to congratulate you for looking at this nonsense. It took a big step for you to come "out of the cupboard" for the Youtube community.
I have to agree about the Virus sound. You can recognize it instantly on a track. I hear it a lot in TV commercials. No matter what filter mode you use, it always has that sort of "band pass" texture. It's such a blast to program though, and has kick-ass lfo and delay sync. The Virus also has one of my favorite bass drum sounds as well!
Oh, and you might want to also experiment with running the blender with various objects inside. It might be fun to see how much the sound changes as the objects are blended.
I've always felt that lush harmonics of the blender made it more of a musical instrument than, say, a bowl mixer. Though the bowl mixer would often provide for some rhythmic textures while making cookie dough.
Cooking equipment for music production seems to be one area where vintage is truly better, as I just cannot get nearly the same sound out of my modern blender. Though, for a higher pitched buzz, a coffee grinder isn't too bad.
REQUESTING DOWNLOAD LINK!!! IN HIGH QUALITY AUDIO FILE!!! AND YES, I AM SCREAMING... OVER THE SOUND OF HOW AWESOME THIS SONG IS!!!

In terms of voltage controlled oscillators, it doesn't get more analogue than that. Very cool. It actually sounds good too!
