This is somewhat misleading. None of it is running on the iPad. It's all running on a windows server somewhere else that has terminal server + Citrix loaded. Not a bad way to do things, but it's just a remote viewing of the apps so you are limited by internet access availability and speed. This is also somewhat expensive. 5 user Citrix XenApp is $1245 + cost of Microsoft Server + Server Hardware.
