21. 18-20 yr olds can fight the war in Iraq, get married, sign into a legal contract, and vote, but cannot legally play Keno at Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods.
Did security tell you to stop taping or were they cool with you filming, if they are cool with it i might shoot some mohegan videos
