I lived for a couple of years in US and i can tell you that they serve rubish food in schools , the food was just horrible, no wonder 1 in 4 persons on my class was overweight. Tell me another country that eat as unhealthy as americans do.? UK just adopted a healthy meal programs 4 all it schools. THERE IS A IGNORANT AMONG US BUT THATS NOT ME

how to make gravy easy !
after roast meat is cooked remove and cover with foil .
add 1 cup of chicken stock to raosting pan and 1 table spoon of flour
bring it to the boil over the stove stirring and scrapping the good bits of the bottom of the pan !
when it has thickened empty into a jug and blend with a hand held blender
this will thicken it some more and get rid of any flour clumps !
tip: add 1 teaspoon of sweet hungarian paprica for colour !
